Adam had access to the house on July 12th.
He and Rebecca returned to the house at about 8PM on July 12th. Adam obtained a knife from the main house at about 6:30AM on July 13th. Adam had access to the house on the night of Rebecca's death.

There was an initial report that some one accessed the computer from a remote location. IIrc it was SW airlines. I will see if I can dig up the link. Some here may also remember it.

Mr. Shacknai stayed in a different house on the property. There is no proof whatsoever that he had access to the house at any point on July 12. LE are well aware at what time the computer was accessed and so is Ms. Bremner.

LE did NOT state the home computer had been accessed remotely by a human being. That's pure nonsense I think likely hatched by an attorney desperate to make money on this tragedy.

What my posting asked you to provide a link to support your claim that Adam was in or had access to the main dwelling on July 12th, which is when the home's computer was accessed. You stated it as a fact but I've not seen any basis to support it.

If Adam had access to the house at 6:30AM on 7/13 then why wouldn't he have had access at 3:00 AM of the same morning. Did Rebecca or Jonah give him a key to get in after 3:00AM but before 6:30AM?

To clear this up...the above statement says..

The day before the "incident" would be July 12th... no time is mentioned...

"The forensic examination of the hard drive showed the file access at about 3:00 am the morning of the event was likely a “cookie” left behind by an automated update for a tool bar."

3AM the morning of the incident would be July 13th...

when software on your computer automatically updates.. it does not leave a cookie on the computer... there is however a LOG on the computer that will show the date and time software was updated..

These statements seem to say there were two events on the computer.. one on July 12th and we do not know the time.... and a second the mornig of RZ's death...July 13th...

Excerpt from Rebecca's autopsy report:

"...There are many punctate, linear and slightly irregular abrasions on the back, extending from the neck to the mid buttocks..."

Does anyone know how the cactus plant would cause punctate wounds to Rebecca's neck and upper buttocks? If her hair was under the noose and tee shirt then it was held in place and covered her neck and upper back. There is no way her neck and upper back could be wounded by the cactus with her hair, the rope and the tee shirt covering it.

Also, the same for her upper buttocks. Her hands were tied behind her back and would have been positioned over the top of her upper buttocks so how did the cactus scratch her there?

The forensic examiner based his opinion on his training and experience. I don't believe he was merely speculating. I haven't seen any evidence that it was something else.
