Was Adam videotaped to prove that he did what he allegedly pretended to do? Anyone can make pretend sounds. How does one know that a table leg broke by listening to the tape? How many minutes into to the tape did you hear the leg break? How do you know that what you think you heard was really the table leg breaking? Did you see it happen?

How else would you be able to state that the table leg broke while Adam stood on it and cut Rebecca down without touching the rope? I'm just curious as to where you heard it break. Can you tell me how many minutes into the tape you heard it happen? <modsnip>

There appears to be a 9 second gap missing from the tape. It seems to have been edited out. That 9 seconds could contain crucial evidence.

I wonder if proof of tampering with the evidence could be submitted as evidence in court. Does anyone know if that would constitute a crime? I mean if the tape were forensically examined and found to have been tampered.

I believe that there have been fairly sophisticated methods of doing this kind of analysis around for years but i don't know the specifics. Anyone know anything about the methods used to determine if a portion of the tape was edited out?

Also, the police report stated that Adam cut Rebecca down before calling 9-1-1. That version seems to be accurate since Adam admits to finding her at 6:30 AM but apparently according to some interpretations doesn't cut her down until after he calls 9-1-1 at 6:48AM. However, that would leave 18 minutes between when he first found her until he called 9-1-1 and allegedly cut her down. Why would he wait 18 minutes to call 9-1-1 after finding her?

Also, when Adam was allegedly giving CPR according to some interpretations he kind of moaned out ah,ah,ah,ah,...louder and louder. Don't they teach you to count when doing compressions? I never heard him counting but only loudly moaning. How did he keep track of the number of compressions he did if he didn't count? Why would he moan ah,ah,ah... louder and louder? I found his sounds to be very creepy especially after he reportedly told police that he watched porn on his cell phone right before finding her.

How yucky is that? He was watching porn and then started moaning when doing chest compressions on his brother's naked girlfriend. Why would he share such gross information and act so creepy? Then if that weren't enough he puts it over the top by forgetting the address and Rebecca and Max's names. Oh, and one more thing, he yelled at her, "Are you alive". Even if he thought she might have been alive how did he expect her to answer with her neck choked and the tee shirt in her mouth.

This tape has too many oddities. I forgot to mention that he never untied her arms so how did he lay her flat and do CPR? This is a really good question. Does anyone know of a technique for doing chest compressions on a person with their arms tied behind their back? Would anyone here think chest compression would be effective if the persons neck was choked off with a rope and also a tee shirt wrapped three times around the person's neck?

She had a total of four ligatures around her neck. How do you preform CPR on someone with that without even removing them first? How did he even check for a carotid pulse with all that wrapped around her neck? Did check for breathing with her neck choked? I mean did he really do anything besides making some creepy moaning sounds that some interpret as chest compressions? Does any thing he did make any sense to anyone? I know that not everyone thinks logically but this 9-1-1 tape is simply over the top full of inconsistencies imo.

Nope, sorry but I'm not buying that this tape is legit. It does not prove that Adam found her hanging. That is his allegation and not a fact so it does not prove that she hung herself like he purported. There are too many oddities here to believe anything Adam says and that also includes that he did not pass the LDT. It was inconclusive and he never retested.

Wasn't the TOD estimated to be from 1:00 AM to 3:00 AM? I believe they have to give a range because a specific time can never be determined unless there was an actual and verified eyewitness.

Also, why would Adam say he did CPR when he never untied the four ligatures from around her neck? How can chest compressions circulate the blood and oxygen if the neck is choked off?

There's much more here than meets the eye initially and imo none of it adds up.

Seeing as Dina states Rebecca was a jiu-jitsu master, one would assume Dina would know where Rebecca trained and who Rebecca's Grand Master was. And would state that info.

Two inches by one inch isn't very small for a head wound. If you take out a ruler and think of a two inch by one inch bruise on the head, it doesn't seem like "one tiny egg". I don't have the medical knowledge for this, but if this had had time to swell further (had she not died after receiving it) could it have been a rather large bump on her head? Maybe someone with medical knowledge can chime in on that. Small or not, the wounds are there and they are unexplained.
