Misty was drinking one night and told him that she overheard Ronald talking to a black male outside a conv. store she was in the truck and cracked the window, and the black male told Ron he knew who had Haleigh and would return her by Friday. Misty was scared after hearing this.

He believes ( charles) that Misty has something to do with this disappearence. Always told him how much she loved Haleigh, said Haleigh would wake up alot at night because her legs would hurt and she would have to rub them for her...
I just got cut off again...

Misty moved back in with Ronald about a week or a week and a half before arrest...

Charles thinks that they got married due to they age difference and that Ron was worried about charges...

Road rage incident...Believes Misty set him up. Picked up Misty from Rons house, said Ron kept insisting she leave with him to go pick up some pills and leave JR alone...next thing he knew she snuck out the bathroom window and was in the truck with Ron...

Saying Ron did pull a gun on him ...dam cut off again ...

Before the road rage incident, Ron wanted Misty to leave with him to go sell pills and leave Jr. home alone, according to Charles.
