He fully supports LE. He wants the case to be airtight.

I think he's nervous because of all the guilt, blame, Monday morning Quarterbacking that is now being done. I would also feel the pressure of trying to explain my actions (or non actions) given the circumstances. I feel bad for the position he is in. He's very defensive and I can understand why.

At least he responds to anything that might cast him in a bad light as a parent...something Terri finds difficult to do.

There are a number of scenarios. He needs to see more information. He still believes she had an accomplice.

he looks terrible and has visibly lost significant weight, even just seeing him from the chest up, you can clearly tell. significant weight loss.

Putting her (Terri) behind bars, doesn't help if she is communicating with someone who has K.

Communicating...the only person who Terri could possibly communicate with that "has Kyron" would be...God...in my opinion.

the last few months was standing up for Kyron

He has witnesses that will testify that J was kicked out by Terri.

I'm not getting how Kyron is alive yet the baby witnessed something horrific that day. Kyron gong from one vehicle to another, even if he was crying, is not "horrific" in and or itself.

If the meeting on Friday was to prepare the parents for a possible criminal trial without finding Kyron's body, they did not do a very good job, since Kaine is insisting Kyron is alive. And yet Desiree seems less convinced of that now. Very confusing.

I am sure deep down Kaine has to think Kyron is alive, as he can't let himself believe that his possible inactions could have resulted in Kyron's death, even if he could never have known that is was even a possibility.

He believes she could have done it by herself, or other people "could be" involved and hopes they are because there is a higher probability he's still alive if that's the case.

He didn't believe Kyron was in danger, just confronting her on things he didn't feel was "appropriate." Standing up for Kyron in punishment and things because it just wasn't necessary.

The process of "removing children from the home started in February" when J was removed from the home.

says his and TH's arguments were about her discipline/reprimanding the kids. not dangerous, but he felt her actions were inappropriate.

I agree and he looks aged, too!

we had *children* leaving our house long before Kyron did

?

He thinks he's alive but that it was an awful, horrific day that Baby K witnessed... huh?

All of us are thinking he was handed off if he's alive. How would she have done something horrific yet had him be alive?

I'm confused...

Well, imagine a small child watching as her brother is wrestled, screaming, begging to the ground...her Mother beating him, subduing him...raging in anger...then handing him off to a stranger...triumphant in her ability to make a little boy "submit" to her power...which of courtse, she brags she can do to a grown man.

Imagine Baby screaming in terror...because, intuitively, she felt her brother's terror.

That would be horrific, I think...yet, he could be alive.

Kaine is crying. Oh God. How sad.

  • #1,315
baby K asks about kyron

  • #1,316
Aww..he is crying - Kaine and K read like she read with Kyron. In the beanbag chair. She misses Kyron.

  • #1,317
TH's discipline wasn't harmful of life threatening but was excessive

  • #1,318
No matter what is going on between Kaine and Desiree, the conflicts, they each, separately, have their own deep pain, and it is very, very sad.

  • #1,319
Excessive discipline... not physically beating, just excessive.

  • #1,320
She did not physically beat up the kids, just "excessive in nature," (re: discipline, I guess).
