I'm not getting how Kyron is alive yet the baby witnessed something horrific that day. Kyron gong from one vehicle to another, even if he was crying, is not "horrific" in and or itself.

If the meeting on Friday was to prepare the parents for a possible criminal trial without finding Kyron's body, they did not do a very good job, since Kaine is insisting Kyron is alive. And yet Desiree seems less convinced of that now. Very confusing.

I am sure deep down Kaine has to think Kyron is alive, as he can't let himself believe that his possible inactions could have resulted in Kyron's death, even if he could never have known that is was even a possibility.

He is probably in the reasoning stage of his grief...

She spoke to 2-3 people on the phone and told one of his friends that Terri had J leave. Her setup is talking to people and giving people info. is not true.

His psychological opinion - master at deception, misdirection and bringing it forward in spades.

Yes,very sad. This man is Terri's victim too. How obscene that it could even be possible that he be forced to hand his only surviving child into the malevolent presence of Terri Horman. Really obscene.

She did not physically beat up the kids, just "excessive in nature," (re: discipline, I guess).

I'm wondering if she might have a passive agressive type of discipline...

He said back in his interview, that he wanted to talk to Kaine. That's sad.

Two objectives - find Kyron, and protect all 3 children and keep them safe. Attorneys are keeping him from talking to J. (He said "his attorneys.") He does not know if J is living with Terri - he assumes so, but honestly does not know.

I think that could "endanger" a child emotionally at the least. Hate has consequences...especially when you HATE someone small and defenseless.
