At every turn this woman's prayers are being answered. That's what she believes. I respect that. I find it unfortunate at the same time.

I'm an atheist, for the record.

But that sure looks like more positive reinforcement for the mom.

Agree, and at least the mom will know that she did everything she could do for her child. I think this will comfort her in the end.

I can't open that. Do you have any more specific information?

The entry says that Jahi had the surgeries (trach and gtube) and that they were successful. Jahi hasn't had food since December 8 and will now begin to receive nutrition.

I cannot imagine the doctor would order feedings via the g-tube, Unless the court filed report was less than truthful. Maybe doc will allow very small pump controlled amounts of sterile normal saline.

I agree... it tube feed will further cause problems related to the doctor's document the other day (bowel is already shedding the lining and absent bs for weeks now)

This is yet another step that keeps the family hanging on to a dead child.

I'm very compassionate.
Keeping a dead child breathing is wrong. Feeding her is worse.
