FBI Investigating Email That Could Land Cindy In Jail

When Tim Miller was first going to search he asked CA & GA for an article of Caylee's clothing/toy and they refused to give him anything. Anyone else remember this? That was the start. IMHO

Yes, I remember.

I personally was thinking tonight what I would have done in the same spot. I truly think that I would have left everything in that car alone and called LE immediately. I think the reaction of most people would be "I had better not touch a thing" She did tamper with evidence and whether she is arrested for it remains to be seen.
Why didn't they leave everything in that car untouched, if they believed Casey's nanny story? For all they knew, there could have been fingerprints or DNA or possessions belonging to this mysterious person in that car.

When Cindy walked into Tony Lazzarro's apartment and realized that Caylee wasn't with Casey, and that Casey had been lying to her for a month, and that Casey's car smelled like death, what conclusion did she draw? Cindy is no Einstein, but she isn't stupid.

The same type of person who would remove potential evidence from a car that smells of death, who would launder it, who would point the finger at everyone except her daughter, who would threaten not to cooperate with LE any longer if they dared visit her father's nursing home.

That type of person.

God only knows what all was in that car that LE will never know about.

A diablical person!!!

I can't imagine KC going to jail to protect CA, as some have speculated. It looks OK on paper but i dunno.

"Oh, Mr. FBI, you want Caylee's clothing? OK, here ya go, Size 28W pants, Size 5 Juniors tank top, Size 38DD bra.....oh yeah, the toothbrush - please excuse the size, we got the extendable handle so we can use it to brush the pool too...."

You so funny! We need that in this case. :blowkiss:

It makes me wonder what else she took out of the car to cover up for daughter of the year!!!!

She has now just proven to LE just what kind of person she really is!!!!

She is protecting Casey.

I know it is hard to accept that....That is the truth...
I IMAGINE that as a grandparent once she lost one
her priority is to save the other from the general population of a prison.

As a mother she knows she will do whatever so that Casey wont suffer too.
she is heart broken but is thinking of the one that is living more then the one that is dead.
One is dead. One is alive. What is a parent to do? I do not know that I would not try to protect the living one too.
Even if they beat Casey for the truth from here to across the border, it is not in their interest to find Caylee yet. Till they see where Casey is going.

WFTV just obtained a email between the A's old spokesperson LG and CA in which LG asked CA why she gave FBI the wrong brush. She gave the FBI KC's brush not the one Caylee uses. IF FBI finds that CA did tamper with evidence she could be in trouble and her credibilty just went out the door.

LE needs to get a subpeona for a warrant to confiscate that computer. I wonder what else is on there that could incriminate her.

Exactly, right on!! I don't understand why LE hasn't asked more questions regarding this. :waitasec:

And think about how CA tried to control all of KC's friends from the start. Calling them all together for a *meeting*. So the first things she does after cleaning the car and washing the clothes is go on myspace and call the friends together, telling them not to talk to anyone and who knows what else. Gee, she sure had her wits about her.

CA KNEW Caylee was dead and she KNOWS KC is guilty! I am wondering also if Caylee was hurt the night of the fight (Father's Day) was it CA by accident and everyone covering up for CA and KC...........2 peas in a pod.......IMO

Please listen to the 911 tapes again and tell me what the first things mentioned were. Tell me how long it takes her to even bring up Caylee being missing. This was not three 911 calls which tell me that she was this grandmother longing to hold her granddaughter. They were 3 calls in a rage over money and a car. Caylee was an afterthought.

The first 911 call was made with KC still maintaining that Caylee was with the nanny and was fine, but refusing to take CA to where she is. The first call is about the stolen car and money, but according to CA's FBI tape, she's trying to scare KC into taking her to Caylee.

The 2nd call:
Cindy: "I have someone here who I need to be arrested in my home."
911: "They are there right now?"
Cindy: "And I have a possible missing child, I have a 3-year old who has been missing for a month."
911: "A 3-year old? Have you reported that?"
Cindy: "I'm trying to do that now."

In this, the second call, KC still hasn't told CA or LA that Caylee is missing.

While CA is out of the room, Lee gets KC to tell where Caylee is. CA overhears as she's walking towards the room, and the third, frantic call is made after KC admits that Caylee has been missing for a month.

Without seeing the email that prompted that response from Cindy and how the question to her was worded, it's not possible to determine if she deliberately supplied the wrong brush to LE. She could have been asked to provide a brush with Caylee's hair and she grabbed one that both Casey and Caylee used rather than one Caylee used exclusively. It's really not a big deal, it's not as if the lab can't tell the difference.

Although I do not agree with her tampering with evidence....I am wondering the same thing myself...My daughter has a brush. I have a brush. I hardly EVER use my daughter's actual brush on her hair, since mine stays in the bathroom and is my logical to use when she gets out of the tub. I probably would have given them this brush if it were me as well, even though you would find my hair in it as well, since it is the primary brush that I use. Make sense?

I don't understand people who say they "don't know what they'd do" if they were in CA's shoes. I mean, are there that many people who would consider lying to LE and the FBI??? That's amazing.

My grown daughter and I are very close and we have discussed this case. Both of us admitted that we would get the best attorney that we could afford for the other one, but NO way would we try and keep the other one from having to pay for what they had done.

We believe that there is a law greater then the law of this world, and sooner or later we all have to pay for our sins. JMO

LE confirmed a long time ago that CA asked if she could wash the pants and LE said okay. Afterwards, LE realized they should have not let her, so she will not get in trouble for this.

JG gave LE a copy of the paternity test. LE has Caylee's DNA in that report.

There is no excuse for what CA has done, given that she had already "tampered" with items in the car. Even though LE gave her permission in the beginning, before LE realized that this was NOT a kidnapping, CA, as a professional and GA with his LE experience, should have known and should have kept their hands off until LE figured out what was going on.

What grandparents would deliberately hide or misconstrue the truth when they are faced with a missing granddaughter? Especially a grandparent that has worked homicide and knows that it takes all the evidence. Really - what if it was not KC? How would they ever be able to prove forensics? (Not that I believe that, but they had no idea what had happened in the beginning, right?)

So, GA and CA can add this to the weight on their shoulders now. If KC says it wasn't her, GA & CA will know they destroyed any evidence that might show that it wasn't KC. That's a lot of guilt to carry around, in my opinion.

I am with you on this one. Either you do the right thing or you don't. The wrong thing is dishonest and you have gained nothing. IMHO.
To manipulate things and cover up for your child should show you where your child learned to be dishonest.
If one of my kids murders their child, or anyone, they will have to pay for the wrong they have done.

Does anyone remember KC saying to LE........"if I wanted to kill my child, I would of left her with my mother?" I can't find it right now, but it was at the beginning.

According to Cindy's interview with the FBI, after retrieving the Pontiac from Johnson's she sent George on to work, and then she says, "I actually went back to work for an hour or two."
That was brand new information to me!

If she lied about going back to work, then she had at least 2 hours at home alone, to...explore the yard? Clean the car? Remove that stain in the trunk? Remove incriminating contents?

I caught that piece of titbit too.

It was brand new info, right? Why has she or George never mentioned that? If she did not go back to work as she claimed, then this is of major interest. How can we verify?

Okay, I'll admit it: Everytime Cindy or Casey use the words "absolutely," "actually," or "potentially" I feel really uneasy.

I asked my daughter, what do you think Grandma and Grandpa would have done if I had done something to one of you two

She said, Grandma would want to protect me, Grandpa would have said 'talk to you in prison'

Case closed - exactly what my parents would have done - my Dad would have said tough love
