FBI Investigating Email That Could Land Cindy In Jail

How long do you think before Michelle B ends up being "body slammed" and torn apart in the media by the A's? I give it 3 weeks.

CA KNEW Caylee was dead and she KNOWS KC is guilty! I am wondering also if Caylee was hurt the night of the fight (Father's Day) was it CA by accident and everyone covering up for CA and KC...........2 peas in a pod.......IMO

This a is theory, but not one I subscribe to unfortunately. I do think that the 3rd 911 call the grandmother had to face what she'd been fearing: Caylee was gone and her daughter had something to do with it. What I heard was not panic in that 3rd phone call, it was grief. The family never expected nor took seriously the ability of the daughter/sister to do something completely sinister like what Casey has been charged with doing and what the evidence that's been collected shows. George said in his FBI interview that he would like to think he knew his daughter, but at that point, he couldn't say he did.

Everything else from this grandmother past the 3rd 911 call appears to be all denial, employing an "us vs them" mentality. How could she live with the fact, if proven, that her daughter is responsible for her granddaughter's death? This is not to excuse her behavior mind you (she needs counseling so badly), but only to explain it. Lying to the FBI, if she did and circumstances are proven, will soon show the grandmother who professed lying to police isn't against the law, that it REALLy is in a Martha-Stewart-fashion.

Like a lot of people, I can barely to stand seeing the grandmother on TV or in print - she can make me that frustrated and angry. However, I am not the one with a daughter in jail charged with murder, nor a granddaughter who is allegedly dead, either.

The same type of person who would remove potential evidence from a car that smells of death, who would launder it, who would point the finger at everyone except her daughter, who would threaten not to cooperate with LE any longer if they dared visit her father's nursing home.

That type of person.

God only knows what all was in that car that LE will never know about.

I'm wondering if they BOTH cleaned it before LE was called that night. Or if they did it after they left ?? Either way LE should have sealed it and asked for emergency warrant to impound it. I know they have worked hard on this case, but their jobs would have been so much easier if they let KC and the A's wander a bit and not let on that they were all under suspicion.
Surely they would have led them to the body as the perp ALWAYS returns to the scene of the crime. So wish they had. Why they even stood by and let CA take the money out of KC's wallet is another no no. She said it was hers. Ha it was also Amy's too !!
I know Tricia said we can't band together but I too am going to e mail the Today show and anyone else that allows them free reign and threaten not to watch or use their sponsors if they continue to give them a platform to spew their garbage, without asking the tough questions. She belongs in jail and is no better than her daughter. Actually a GREAT TEACHER !!

Quote from WFTV, Eyewitness News, 11/25/08

"So is this "obstructing justice?" Eyewitness News looked up the legal definition: "An attempt to interfere with the administration of the courts, the judicial system or law enforcement officers, including threatening witnesses, improper conversations with jurors, hiding evidence, or interfering with an arrest. Such activity is a crime."

And: "It is unlikely the Anthonys would be charged since they lost their granddaughter, but the issues could affect their credibility if they try to defend Casey in court."

Okay, so I guess it's not a crime if parents and grandparents obstruct justice. How far out on the family tree does this immunity extend? First Cousins? Second Cousins? Or is only immediate family, including brothers and sisters, aunts and uncles?

OMG - this does not give anyone a pass on criminal activity. The prosecutor's office is an elective one and EVERYONE who lives in the jurisdiction should be calling that office telling them that no one should get a pass on obstruction, even if they spawned the killer of the killer's offspring.

there will be more paper trail, KC/CA can't stop talking, demanding and emailing............

I asked my daughter, what do you think Grandma and Grandpa would have done if I had done something to one of you two

She said, Grandma would want to protect me, Grandpa would have said 'talk to you in prison'

Case closed - exactly what my parents would have done - my Dad would have said tough love

Now that is cute!!!

my kids always had their own brushes. My youngest really had snarls in her hair in the AM. The FBI wanted Caylee's brush to try to find a hair with a root on it. They could have a nucleus and get Caylee's nuclear DNA. This would have Caylee's specific DNA code- 23 genes from mom and 23 from dad. Mitochondrial DNa only looks at the maternal contribution- hence they could say the hair in the tunk which showed the death band was from Either mom or daughter. Cindy deliberately gave them the wrong brush. Less likely to get nuclear DNA. Definite obstruction of justice- ????? aiding and abetting Capitol murder????????
I jut can't believe this crap!!!!!

Wouldn't Caylees specific DNA code be in the paternity test that
Jesse G had done to prove if he was/was not the father?

Does anyone remember KC saying to LE........"if I wanted to kill my child, I would of left her with my mother?" I can't find it right now, but it was at the beginning.

Investigator: Did Zenaida give you any money that day you last saw Caylee?

Anthony: “No. I would not have sold my daughter. If I wanted to really just get rid of her, I would’ve just left her with my parents and I would’ve left. I would’ve moved out. I would’ve given my mom custody.”

I'm going to try writing this out again as we got poofed right when I hit the send button.

I realize that she's not on trial. If she's not charged with anything and she gets called to testify, she HAS to answer. She can't plead the 5th. If they do charge her and she's called to testify, her lawyer can say that answering the question could incriminate her and she could plead the 5th. Does this make sense?

I don't think they'll charge her with anything until the trial is over.

MOO

Makes perfect sense. Also relieves my impatience for her to be charged right now if she's actually guilty of obstructing justice. :)

yep a GREAT TEACHER..........in wrong profession!! for sure :furious:

yeah me also.........and would anyone really go back to work if this all happened to you???? NOT!:furious:
Absolutely not! But I think they suspected all along during that month that something had happened to Caylee. MOO

What does this tidbit do to the timeline? Cindy and George and the stinkmobile were back at Hopesprings by mid-afternoon.

George goes off to his new job, and Cindy does a quick load of laundry before going back to work, neither of them aware of where Casey or Caylee were and wondering whose dead body had been in the car?

Uh, sure.

I don't think that code on a piece of paper can be used. What if that lab made a mistake, kwim? Chain of custody and all that stuff. However, I wonder if the lab that JG used still has the dna saved somewhere?

I gave her three weeks, tops, about a week ago. So I'm down to sometime during the first week of December.

Won't watch the Today show in the morning unless I have to in the doctor's office!
I cannot stand any of the "A"s

Someone needs to remind Cindy that...You keep your friends close, but your enemies closer. She is running her mouth and pissing off alot of people that have the potential to make her life really really bad.

CA tells WFTV Channel 9 :

"I'm not afraid of getting arrested".

More to come on the 11pm local news...

I think they knew something was "going on", but didn't take it seriously enough to get past Casey's manipulations initally and only got concerned as time went on without seeing Caylee. Further, Casey is (and it pains me to say this) Caylee's legal parent regardless of if she was living in the Anthony home. And she's over the age of 18, soon to be 23 in March, and other that kicking Casey (and their granddaughter) to the curb or taking custody of Caylee themselves, their rights were limited. Technically, Casey could have sent Caylee off with whomever she wanted to without their permission.
