True, the lab can figure it out. But the wrong brush would likely give fewer samples and take the lab longer to sort them out.

But the more important fact is the insight it gives everyone to CA's intent. That's why it's important.

CA intent and her focus, she already knew Caylee's fate so was focused on saving her baby KC. IMHO.

In all the confusion she may not have even thought about it. They wanted a brush with Caylee's hair and she gave them the first one she grabbed. I really don't see it as a big deal.

WFTV just obtained a email between the A's old spokesperson LG and CA in which LG asked CA why she gave FBI the wrong brush. She gave the FBI KC's brush not the one Caylee uses. IF FBI finds that CA did tamper with evidence she could be in trouble and her credibilty just went out the door.

Well, it's a DARN GOOD THING that someone schooled in forensics regarding hair can tell it is not Caylee's. Casey's hair had been colored (and bleached before it was colored if it had not totally grown out, remember Casey had been a bleached blonde when her hair was super short), Caylee had virgin hair.

This is VERY interesting IMO. What did he talk to Casey about? Supposedly JB had given Casey instructions not to speak to anyone, including her parents and that's why they were not able to find out more about where Caylee was. Personally, I don't believe for a minute that all the A's were in that household for months without Cindy interrogating Casey up one side and down the other. jmo though :waitasec:

I dont think the state has a strong case, they charged her to quick with the negligence charge. Forced their own hand into charging her with murder. I feel LE conducted a terrible interview, I do think they will use det allens section as how NOT to conduct an interview. all IMO

How does the email show what CA is 'really up to?' What if Cindy told LG that it occurred to her after she gave LE the brush Casey and Caylee shared that she could have given them the one that was used exclusively by Caylee?

Without the context, it's impossible to say what actually happened or to make any judgments, IMO.

LE asks for Caylee's brush. Cindy purposely gives LE Casey's brush. Looks like tampering to me.

Is this a fact?
Is there a link I have missed where they specifically asked for Caylee's brush?
Or is it possible they just asked for a brush with her hair in it?

If she deliberately grabbed a brush that she thought did not contain Caylee's hair - then it is a big deal. If she grabbd the first brush she thought of, it isn't.

If CA was intentionally trying to obstruct the investigation - she needs to be arrested for it, or held accountable in some way.

Hmmm, isnt it funny how cindy always manages to get the converstion about her. Just like in the FBI interviews, they would ask how casey would respond to something and she told them how she would respond.

I think cindy likes her new slimmed down look, her eyes are made up nicely, a new hair do. It seems like she is blossoming in all the attention.
