That kitchen is amazing.

Lol that is a pretty nice house but it’s funny because the whole place makes me feel like it’s early 90s. Everything in it looks like it’s 25 years ago, I feel like my mom is about to be in a picture. Sorry back on topic.

I looked at the 35 photos here, and I wonder when these were taken. The house looked in need of some TLC, just in the simplest of ways-painting, carpet and some exterior curb appeal. I’m sure it was difficult for her to maintain, but curious if it had anything to do with her ‘frugal’ nature. The kitchen appliances are tattered in relation to the scope of the rest of the room.

I can’t see if the random framed photos are of any of them?

The photos on the refrigerator appear to be those of an obituary type.

The piles of papers and the plastic bags are ridiculous. Why take pictures of a house like that?

It is sad, that’s why I was wondering when they were taken. Even the shot of the garbage receptacles outside with stuff piled up on top.

They could have gathered the stuff up quickly to take a photo of the cubby near the refrigerators. That’s just an odd shot all together. Why leave any clutter and random stuff on the refrigerators?

Maybe because it was a short sale it wasn’t staged accordingly?

Oh, please God, I hope no one here ever inspects pictures of my house. It looks mostly uncluttered, clean and a nice house to live in. I'm jealous of it, so obviously, my world would be really looked down on.

Also, for the record, if I ever go missing, my weight is NOT, I repeat not to be on any missing posters, releases, documents, anything!!! I mean, describe me as fluffier- than - she- wanted- to- be, if you need to give a body desscription. But under no circumstances should weight be listed ;)

The difference is that this is a house for sale when you want to get the best price. The house should have been staged with cute furniture. It makes me wonder why the agent did not even try

Hahahah!!! I have no idea!! When people say that pictures are fake, I'm like... huh.... how do you do that? And who has time to make a picture fake? And are my real photos of myself inappropriate since they aren't doctored? And should I be learning how to put makeup and muscles on my picture? Lol

There are various apps for that. The silly pics (daisies on your head, mouse ears & noses) come from SnapChat photos downloaded into FB.

Staging house of that size with a cute furniture would cost thousands. It was a short sale as it is.

Staging a house with furniture is expensive, and much harder to do when the house currently has furniture and the owners are still living there. Staging is great for spec homes or unoccupied homes. The only thing I found odd was that they didn’t put a sheet on the mattress on the floor.

The probate case involving the Parkland school shooter’s dead mother took a strange turn Thursday when a hearing in the matter was abruptly canceled and documents in the court file showed the only asset is an old car — a 2010 Kia.

Earlier this week, Deschamps amended her request, asking a judge to name her and Zachary, now 18, as co-administrators of the estate — to be able to pay bills and find and distribute money to the beneficiaries, with court oversight. Lynda died without a will, according to the court petition.

That article has the same question we have been asking. Did he actually have a large amount of money coming or did he made that up?

Agreed. I just liked the size and the roundness of the kitchen. Lol

It was a short sale. LC was walking away with zero, she would have no motivation to spend any extra money on staging. The realtor would have been cutting into her own profit, and wouldn't have had the pay back to make it worthwhile.

Yup, this makes a lot more sense. She was probably living on social security, month to month with little to spare, and the boys were aging out of their social security benefits.

If there was a large some of money that was to go to the kids when they were a certain age, it sounds to me like that money was likely in some sort of a trust. That money/property would not be part of the probate estate and passes outside of probate.

The Latest: Sheriff says students will pay costs for threats

http://www.mysuncoast.com/ap/the-la...l&utm_source=facebook.com&utm_campaign=buffer

A Florida sheriff says students or their families will be responsible for investigative costs after more threats were made about harming people at schools.

................................

This is how it should be.

Kids need to stop trying to impress their friends by making school threats on social media, hit the books, start making the grade, and make something of themselves for a change.

I cannot believe that this is the generation that will be supporting me when I get old.

So I just read those students who were not killed by the shooter returned to school yesterday. God bless these kids, they have a long road to recovery. I hope they will not be forgotten.

Not sure I could return. I hope they are receiving counseling for PTSD.
