What in the heck is going on with the sheriffs dept that a deputy would sleep on duty after what just happened at that school? Frankly, they should be assigning the cream of the crop there. Sigh.

Between this and the school having practically no security measures in place once the school day ends and after school activities begin, I am very disappointed at the way things are being handled at this school.

Aside from any inheritance is she hoping to launch a claim against LE because she cried out for ‘help’ for these boys? What is the connection with Allred, am I missing something? She could have gone to other attorneys. What is the end game here?

My guess is she is going to sue LE and the inheritance of both boys. This is premeditated IMO. A ‘real’ crisis ‘actor’ we have here.

Without any resistance from another side RD can write the script as she wishes. I doubt Lynda’s phone is available even if the contact between she and Lynda were challenged.

Now Zachary is cut off from any contact with NC which is convenient for tearing down truth structures.

Zachary Cruz, 18, poses the same threat as his older brother — and his decision to trespass onto the Stoneman Douglas campus after school Monday is a warning sign that cannot be ignored, Assistant State Attorney Sarahnell Murphy said in court.
Weeks after his brother “murdered, injured and terrorized” the school, Zachary Cruz showed up on campus “with no legitimate purpose,” Murphy said. “He has all the same flags present as his brother.”

A judge set bond at $500,000 for Cruz and ordered a host of pretrial conditions more often seen in felony cases than misdemeanors. And before Cruz is released from jail, police are to search his caretaker’s home in Lantana and remove all firearms.

Later Tuesday, the Broward Sheriff’s Office filed a petition for a “temporary risk protection order” under the state’s new gun law, identifying Zachary Cruz as someone who “poses a significant danger of causing personal injury to himself or others by having a firearm.”

Deputies said one reason they are concerned with Zachary Cruz, according to the petition, is that they asked him his plans for the future and he responded, “I don’t know right now.”

Zachary Cruz told deputies he had skateboarded through the high school because he wanted to “reflect on the school shooting and soak it in,” according to his arrest report. To do so, he bypassed the locked doors and gates of the campus and ignored previous warnings by school officials to stay off the property, officials said.

Authorities seemed to be unnerved by his repeated visits to the school and with what appeared to be admiration for his brother and his notoriety as an accused mass murderer

“Sending messages, telling other students that he was going to murder them and he was going to kill him, I would think certainly would qualify under a Florida state statute for you to have Baker Acted him,” NRA spokeswoman Dana Loesch said to Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel during a CNN forum on gun violence last month.

It’s not clear from records why mental-health counselors advised against detaining Cruz, who had been diagnosed with ADHD and depression, had said he wanted to buy a gun and written racist messages, and was on medication and seeing a therapist, according to state records.

Wow, Rocxy is going for it. Because she can, there is no one to challenge or defend the inheritance. There are holes in her story, but who is going to depo or subpoena phone, hospital records, etc? This is a scam, I’m inclined to think she has masterminded this. If she pursues the City for personal/emotional damage I hope they shut it down.

The calls for help to the police, the gun receipt that she ‘found’, and other erroneous claims seem strategically staged.

When, in this country, did we start punishing our citizens for something they MIGHT do, or what people believed they might do, based on fear, bias, and a presumed guilt by association? Because that's how I see this. This is totally, totally wrong. His bail and whatever justice he is handed down need to fit the crime committed, not the crime investigators and community are afraid he possibly, might, may or could do. When they start doing that, we're all in trouble - this is akin to a modern day witch hunt.
This is the stuff supreme court cases are made of. Where are all the civil rights activists in this? They should be outraged. Wow, just, wow. This blows my mind. Something ain't right here. They have no right to prosecute him beyond the scope of the crime he is accused of, which is trespassing, not a future crime they fear he MIGHT commit because of who his brother is. And that is EXACTLY what's going on here.

Jordan Jereb was led away in handcuffs from his mother’s Tallahassee home Wednesday after the FBI searched for evidence in connection with misinformation he gave regarding the shooter in last month's Parkland school massacre.
After Nikolas Cruz opened fire inside Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School on Feb. 14, killing 17 people, Jereb said that Cruz had done paramilitary training with the white nationalist group Jereb leads.

The claims set off a media firestorm that Cruz had ties to Jereb's Tallahassee-based Republic of Florida militia. However, the Leon County Sheriff’s Office said it could find no connection between Jereb and Cruz.


A short time later, Jereb, 22, was taken away in handcuffs in a Tallahassee Police vehicle. A spokesman said TPD was not the arresting agency and was only transporting him. He did not know what criminal charges Jereb is facing.
Jereb, the self-proclaimed leader of the ROF and its dozen or so members, has a history of arrests and involuntary commitments for mental health problems.
A self-described "right-wing extremist nut," Jereb faced charges in 2016 after threatening a high-ranking member of Gov. Rick Scott's staff. He is known to ride his bike through neighborhoods wearing paramilitary garb and stand at the side of the road with a Republic of Florida flag.

The mind boggles.. wonder what his bail will be ?
