George Metesky was upset at how he was treated by ConEdison. He is considered an injustice collector.

Injustice Collectors
http://www.psybersquare.com/family/family_injustice.html

1.) Injustice Collectors are convinced that they are never wrong. How is it possible that they are never wrong? It is simple: They are always right.

2.) Injustice Collectors never apologize. Ever. For anything.

3.) Injustice Collectors truly believe that they are morally and ethically superior to others and that others chronically do not hold themselves to the same high standards as the injustice collector does.

4.) Injustice Collectors make the rules, break the rules and enforce the rules of the family. They are a combined legislator, police, and judge and jury of

5.) Injustice Collectors never worry about what is wrong with themselves as their "bad list" grows. Their focus is always on the failings of others.

6.) Injustice Collectors are never upset by the disparity of their rules for others with their own expectations of themselves.

7.) Injustice Collectors rationalize their own behavior with great ease and comfort.

Cruz shows all 7 characteristics.

Here are more with 20 characteristics
http://www.lisaescott.com/forum/2009/11/25/are-they-injustice-collector

Characteristics of Injustice Collectors

1. Injustice collectors are never wrong. How is it possible that they are never wrong? It's simple: They are always right.

2. Injustice collectors never apologize. Ever. For anything.

3. Injustice collectors truly believe they are morally and ethically superior to others and that others seem incapable of holding themselves to the same high standards as the injustice collector does.

4. Injustice collectors make the rules, break the rules and enforce the rules of the family. They are a combination of legislator, police, judge and jury to those they consider their subjects. They forever banish from their kingdom any subject they deem disloyal, and only grant clemency if there is sufficient (in their eyes) contrition.

5. Injustice collectors never worry about what is wrong with them as their "bad" list grows. Their focus is always on the failings of others.

6. Injustice collectors are never troubled by the disparity between their rules for others and their own expectations of themselves. Injustice collectors rationalize their own behavior with great ease and comfort.

7. Injustice collectors have an external orientation; the problem always exists in the world, outside of themselves, and in their view, the world would be an acceptable place if their rules and standards were followed at all times.

8. Injustice collectors do not have a capacity for remorse, empathy or guilt.

9. Injustice collectors scoff at the idea of therapy, therapists, self-help books, and other tools used by people who struggle to live with them.

10. The phrase "walking on eggshells" describes life with an injustice collector.

11. The IC (injustice Collector) will prey upon your weaknesses to frame all issues in their terms.

12. IC's will always cry foul when you are 'mean' to them and accuse you of being nasty when you are confronting them with their negative behavior.

13. They are titanically insecure and cannot trust anyone. All relationships they have, even with their own parents and children and trustless and must be reinforced by subordination over and over.

14. They can only strengthen relationships through imprisoning their mates and banning behaviors and other relationships. Friends and family are a huge threat to the IC.

15. They must repetitively revisit situations where you service them, give in to them and agree with them. They will over time shrink your world to a small plot of empty activities that only they like. They are terrified of travel, meeting new people, understanding new concepts and paroling you from any punishment they have previously 'convicted' you of.

16. They do not care about you at all, they care about aggrandizing themselves with you as an assistant producer.

17. They will occasionally do something for you, but if you are not completely brainwashed, it will be a negative experience for you in the end. Example is throwing you a birthday party. I guarantee you will not have fun at your own party.

18. They will force you to choose between them and other things you like or love. The more you choose them, the more they will make you choose them over and over. They do not understand the concept of loyalty at all.

19. Hypocrisy is their modus operandi for debating and arguing with you. Everything they say about you is true about them. (aka Projection) It makes it so you try to 'win' fights by getting them to agree with you, which they never can because their whole position is false.

20. Your life will disappear into their lives. Your hopes and dreams will fade, even in your own mind. You will eat what they want, you will watch what they want on TV, you will vacation where they want, or not at all.

Cruz shows all 20 characteristics.

In ID Web Of Lies Friend Request and Tina Meier said Lori and Sarah Drew had trouble fitting in, which points to social alienation. If one was not paying attention, one can replace Lori Drew with Nikolas Cruz. I used this exact wording when telling my boss about the latest today. She asked me what I thought the reason for the judge's ruling was and I said, "I think it's because the community is feeling incredibly scared and traumatized... it's like mass hysteria."

I don't blame the community for feeling anxious and nervous. I think that's a natural reaction that any of us would have.... but they can't punish a guy for the scars that remain from wounds inflicted by his brother.

The reason laws exist and the entire system of justice is to balance society...
It's a balancing mechanism- without it, polarities swing wildly and chaos ensues.

It cannot be taken seriously when it starts swinging wildly like a hysterical mob at a football match..

Nor can it afford to indulge itself at any level, or indulge anybody or anything else either.. once that happens, it becomes degraded utterly..
That is the reason this is so serious..

Why was he showing up at the school where his brother inflicted those wounds? If he is let out, do you believe he won't show up back at the school again? Just on the day for which he was arrested he reportedly showed up twice at that school where he has no business of being.

I'm not psychic. I don't know why he made the decision to break the law, nor do I have the ability to predict what he may or may not do in the future. If I had to GUESS -- I'd say he probably showed up there because it's one of the few places that are familiar to him. After all, he did go to school there and I'm sure he has friends who still do.

I never said he was innocent. It's pretty clear that he's guilty of TRESPASSING. And, he should be treated as such.

I never said that. Please don't put words in my mouth and we'll get along just fine. Thanks!

So if he were to be slapped with $25 bond, released, and showed back at the school, what do you propose be done? Another $25 bond, and so on?

I would think the next time would be more like breaking a court order. Which would be a harsher crime.

In court on Tuesday, prosecutor Sarahnell Murphy said Cruz “has all the same flags present” as his brother — both lost their father in 2004 and their mother last November.
But unlike the accused school schooter, Zachary Cruz committed no crime worthy of such a high bond and stringent pre-trial conditions, Kimok said.

red flags appear to be many and so varied as to be superfluous....

All the same red flags?

Like three different people calling the FBI about him?

Like posting online, more than once, that he wanted to be a "professional school shooter" and "I want to kill people"?

Hurting small animals? Cutting? Identifying with Nazis? Collecting guns and knives?

If ZC truly does have these red flags, then, yes, keep him locked up.

If all he has is skateboarding, shoplifting, and trespassing, the bond is most definitely out of line and likely unconstitutional.

This quote particularly bothers me...

Deputies said one reason they are concerned with Zachary Cruz, according to the petition, is that they asked him his plans for the future and he responded, “I don’t know right now.”

That's not a reason to incarcerate someone.

He just turned 18, lost his mother less than 6 months ago, had to move in with someone who doesn't appear to have his best interest in mind, and he has to deal with and come to terms with what his brother did. Lot of trauma and stress in a short period of time.

The kid has *no one*. No support. And he's asked what he wants to do with his life?

Moo, jmo, etc.

No, I propose he be treated the same way any other repeat offender would be treated. It's standard operating procedure to increase the penalty imposed for a second offense, and there are mandatory minimum sentencing requirements for certain repeat offenders. This isn't rocket science. There are people arrested in this country for trespassing every single day and some of these people are released from jail only to trespass again. Legal statutes and sentencing guidelines exist for this very reason.

Body cam video of ZC's arrest.

https://www.google.com/amp/www.sun-...ting-brother-reassign-20180323-story,amp.html

Cruz’s attorney Joseph Kimok said the video confirmed what his client had said all along: “Zachary was polite. He was cooperative. He had already left school grounds at the time he was stopped.”

“The officers initially were not even going to arrest him. In Zachary’s possession was a skateboard, a juice drink, a backpack, and some clothes,” Kimok wrote. “He did not say or do anything that would even remotely suggest he was a threat to anyone. This video fully supports our position that Zachary should not be incarcerated and we are hopeful for his quick release.”

This is ridiculous, and obviously 100% unconstitutional. He should be released on his own recognizance with electronic monitoring. Problem solved. This just shows how crazy the response to this is. We will totally throw the Eighth Amendment under the bus, to protect the children, along with all other rights, except for the Second Amendment, which we won't touch, no matter how many kids die.

  • #375
Electronic monitoring doesn't actually solve many problems. They are not monitored in real time. Lots of crimes have been committed by people wearing those monitors. Reading all these responses, seems pretty obvious why it was impossible to stop NC. Until someone actually does something serious, people believe they should be free to go and do as they please.

  • #376
I don't think anyone here is saying that or believes this to be true.

Nikolas Cruz posted comments about how he aspired to be the next school shooter. He took pictures of guns and bragged about what he planned to do with them. He shared pictures of dead animals. He sent death threats to a classmate on Instagram.

Zachary Cruz rode his skateboard on campus after school had been dismissed. He doesn't own a gun and he hasn't threatened to harm anyone. The circumstances could not be more different.

Aspiring to be next school shooter could just be a freedom of speech, no? I am sure there are people posting similar things that aren't actually going to do it. Pictures of legally purchased guns isn't illegal either.

Your source, that they are not monitored in real time? They use GPS. GPS is real time.

Here is the recent case where a man killed a young woman while wearing one of those monitors. GPS is real time, but somebody has to watch it all the time for it to be actually monitored in real time. And it certainly doesn't appear that somebody is sitting there watching all these monitors in real time. So it provides a false sense of security.

"Police said he was wearing a GPS device while committing the killing, along with several other robberies and assaults, in and around the German Village area."

He was not monitored in real time.
