Can you prove he is sleeping with her? All we know is that she was sleeping with his kids while he was working.

The OTHER men we are discussing here molested and sexually assaulted children. HUGE difference between them and a 17 year old dating a man that is 24 years old!! She is old enough to date him, imo. I think the law should be changed.

I agree, the law should be changed. I also think that some of the 44 SO in the area may be on that list for nothing more than just what the father is doing. They may not ALL be predators. Just sayin... It would be helpful to have more details regarding the actual cases and convictions so that those who are harmful could be checked out first.

In the meantime, is there anyway LE can search the homes in the area to find this poor girl?

Very inappropriate maybe, but I am cracking up! I had to catch up by reading a 3 threads this evening, and have seen you ask this about 10 times with no answer. Persistant lil bugger aren't you. LOL FWIW ( which isn't much, trust me) I hav not seen it confirmed by LE yet.

Sure, he did. No one is arresting him for his sex offense, trying him for it, and making him register for it. Of course, it would be in really bad taste to charge him at this point (for the felony with the 17 y/o) as the focus absolutely should be on the recovery of his daughter right now.

But yeah, he's getting a pass on his own SO while we're picking apart the SOs of his neighbors.

17 and 24 is legal in the state of florida
and then she is an adult
he has not committed a felony

I thought that the gf found the child missing, in this report it says...
Fox News supposedly has the police report, and this is a snip from and link to their story:

Haleigh, her 2-year-old brother and Croslin went to bed in the same room in the family's mobile home at about 10 p.m. Monday night, investigators said. Croslin told deputies the little girl got up between 3 and 3:30 a.m. to go to the bathroom.

About the same time, Cummings arrived home from work. When they went into the bedroom, he and Croslin say they discovered that Haleigh had vanished.

So what is the real story here?
Too, has anyone been able to confirm that the child was actually put to sleep in that house? Was there dishes from dinner that supported more than one child? What about the clothes she wore to school that day? Could she have wondered off during the daylight?

Well, we aren't here to debate SOs. We are here to find this little girl. Yes. The law SAYS they are ALL SOs and the LE will be all over them for this. As well they SHOULD be!

According to one neighbor who gave an interview, they asked and did search her home. She gladly let them.

I wouldn't read into that much really. I have weird songs on my myspace playlist all the time, but that doesn't mean I'm a Goldigger, I Shot the Sheriff, My Milkshake Brings All the Boys to the Yard, etc.

Hi, I just checked the site and saw Chad left a post & picture, for Crystal on the 10th. He bought her (some contest?). How do these sites work? Chad actually "bought" her and left a message about he had just bought her as his pet. The comment before and after are in regards to her little girl missing? I don't do myspace or facebook myself so have no idea the order the posts are recorded. Just wondering if he was communicating with her on the 10th when the child was missing? So confused. TIA

On Nancy Grace tonight, the father told NG that the gf was calling him while he was pulling in the driveway from work, and he didn't answer the call. He then said when he approached the house, she was standing on the front porch, and he knew something was wrong. Then, they called 911.

Order of Dismissal of Temporary Injunction for Protection - domestic violence. Case dismissed due to insufficient evidence.

According to Crystal's mother, the parents were divorced, but I haven't found a divorce record yet.
