He ought to know better, he screwed up once and I can't imagine any bond/bail agency or family/friends are about to put up $$ again for him to be out.

Seriously, given that Robert talked on the phone with his jailed brother within days of making bail, I really think he's safest in lock-up!! (I def question his mental capacity and whether or not he's mentally challenged). JMO

I'd say just from personally speaking with him and hearing him.. his mental status is fairly slow. Unfortunately it's been passed down. His baby mama still maintains his innocence, but the day this all happened when she went to pick the son up (he was living with Robert and Robert's mom at the time), her and Robert talked alone for a good 30 minutes, so I'm sure he told her what happened. It's all so sketchy.

*Status Hearing (all charges) (@ 9am ET) - FL – Damion Allen Tillman (23), Keven Michael Springfield (30) & Brandon Cyril Rollins (27) (July 17, 2020, Frostproof) - for *Tony Lee J. “TJ” Wiggins, Jr. (26/now 28) aka John L. Wiggins arrested (7/21/20) & charged (7/23/20) & indicted (9/30/20) with 3 counts of 1st degree capital murder, tampering with evidence (F3), possession of a firearm by a convicted felon (F-2) & possession of ammunition by a convicted felon (F-2). Plead not guilty. Held without bond. DA will seek DP.
Trial set to begin on 4/3/23.

*Arrested & charged (3/14/20) & arraigned (6/5/20) with 2nd degree aggravated battery (person uses a deadly weapon) & 3rd degree aggravated assault (deadly weapon w/o intent to kill). Plead not guilty. Bond $6K. Bonded out on 3/16/20. Bond was cancelled (7/22/20).

*Charged (12/29/21) & arraigned (2/1/22) with battery on a LE officer, Michael Felton Sumner on 12/27/21 did actually & intentionally touch or strike Sumner. Plead not guilty.

Sorry I just got the alert for this. It’s a service that delivers food to you. You order it on an app and someone picks it up from the place you ordered from and brings it to you. Kind of like when you order pizza from Pizza Hut (here in the US), but with door dash they give more options.
