Wiggins arrested (7/21/20) & charged (7/23/20) & indicted (9/30/20) with 3 counts of 1st degree capital murder, tampering with evidence (F3), possession of a firearm by a convicted felon (F-2) & possession of ammunition by a convicted felon (F-2). Plead not guilty. Held without bond. DA will seek DP.
Trial set to begin on 4/3/23.

Saw Robert and TJ’s mom last night in person. She is still defending them. I just.. I don’t know. It makes me mad because at the end of the day, TJ committed a murder. Robert knew what he was doing with his part of it. I find it hard to look her in the face knowing she’s supporting her murderer child.

Thanks for the family update. To be honest, I can understand a mother expressing the Christian cliché "hate the sin, love the sinner" but IMO, this also means acknowledging the sin and the punishment for murdering three men.
