Oh, I see what you mean. This document is attached to MC Whittemore so I just saved it and uploaded it. I know the one truck they used was a girlfriends truck. However, it doesn't seem like this vehicle is that truck. Interesting. So we'll have to disregard this Search Warrant for this vehicle.

According to the SW for the campers on page 5, it says that victim #3 was killed before victims 1 and 2 arrived on the scene. Doesn't that contradict the narrative presented by the Sheriff at the presser as well as the suspect's statements?

*Pretrial Services Program/Arraignment Hearing (virtual) (@ 8:15am & @ 1pm ET-arraignment) - FL – Damion Allen Tillman (23) Keven Michael Springfield(30) & Brandon Cyril Rollins (27) (July 17, 2020, Frostproof). Only for *William "Robert" Wiggins (21) TJ's bro arrested (7/21/20) & charged (7/23/20) with 3 counts of accessory after the fact of a capital felony & 1 count of tampering with evidence. $15K bond for accessory & $1K for tampering charge & charged (7/23/20) with 2 counts of nuisance injurious to health. Plead not guilty. Bond $45K accessory ($15K for each count), $1K for tampering & $500 ($250 for each count) for nuisance. Bond out, all Surety bonds @ $46,500 on 8/7/20.

7/22/20 Update: All three suspects will have first appearance hearings at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2020.
7/23/20: Public defender waived the reading of charges for each individual. Each defendant spoke only to confirm they understood their charges. Robert’s bond set at $15K for accessory & $1K for tampering charge and arraignment on 8/28/20 @ 1pm. Motion to withdraw of Counsel-Conflict of Interest (RC Ehrhardt); notion/demand for discovery & Order withdrawing & appointing counsel. Charged with 2 counts of Nuisance injurious to health. 7/28/20: Written plea of not guilty. 8/7/20: Order granting pretrial release. And bonded out. Hearing for pretrial services program on 8/25/20 at 8:15am. 8/25/20 Update: Pretrial Services Program hearing rescheduled to 8/28/20 due to violation of pretrial release.
8/12/20 Update: Pretrial release has been violated. Has failed to comply with the terms & conditions of pretrial release. Talked with his bro, TJ on a recorded 8/11/20 jail call. No bond. 8/21/20: Notice of confidential info with a court filing.
*Tony Lee J “TJ” Wiggins, Jr. (26) – Arraignment hearing was 9/10/20.
*Mary Clare Whittemore (27) – Arraignment hearing was 8/24/20 was waived.

I don’t think it was so much evidence but simply a violation of bond. No contact means no contact. Tough concept to grasp for some I guess.

@PayrollNerd - anything "new" on Robert's arraignment yesterday? Any new court dates for him? Did he plead not guilty?
And Whittemore? I have her last one 8/24 arraignment was waived. And she had a Pretrial Services Program hearing on 8/25.
