Am I correct in my take from the above summary that RWs bond was revoked? For talking with TJ on the phone? I wonder what kind of evidence came from the recorded calls?

The transcript/jailer's report was posted earlier. Sr was talking to TJ and proceeds to put RW on the phone with his brother. TJ's begins by instructing RW to go and speak to TJ's lawyer, followed by TJ instructing RW that he HAS TO CALL IN DAILY to his PO and instructs him to call right now and they hang up.

I'm still shocked he gave up his freedom in less than a minute! MOO

Plead not guilty. Bond $45K accessory ($15K for each count), $1K for tampering & $500 ($250 for each count) for nuisance. Bond out, all Surety bonds @ $46,500 on 8/7/20. Violated bond conditions, back in jail 8/20/20.

Surprised Mary hasn't been bonded out. Perhaps no one she knows or is related to wants to touch her with a 10 foot pole? If so, I can't blame them. She's a social pariah now. JMO

*Arrested & charged (3/14/20) & arraigned (6/5/20) with 2nd degree aggravated battery (person uses a deadly weapon) & 3rd degree aggravated assault (deadly weapon w/o intent to kill). Plead not guilty. Bond $6K. Bonded out on 3/16/20. Bond was cancelled (7/22/20).

I heard on the radio Sunday that there was a balloon release at the location the 3 friends were gunned down near the lake that was well attended.

I've been looking for news video of the event so if anybody finds something from a WS approved source, please post. Thanks.

Sorry I haven't been posting.. LIFE!!!! I haven't heard much from anyone. Robert's son's mom hasn't said too much about it because she gets all upset and starts crying (she's still in love with him LOL). However, I was there a few days ago when Robert called her and she had him on speaker phone, but they don't talk about the case. He mainly just calls to talk to his son. Apparently the attorney that Robert has it's confident he will beat the case, then move on to clearing TJ.. because the bullet casing they found on the property was supposedly rusty, yet it still matched the one at the crime scene. So everyone's like "OHHHH THEY DIDN'T DO IT THEY HAVE NO EVIDENCE.." ummm, what about the blood in the truck? What about Robert washing the truck? And why would a newer shell casing be at the crime scene that matches an old rusty one from the property? hmmm! The denial from the camp close to them is just.. outrageous. I kind of roll my eyes every time one of them says "oh they didn't do it, the people who did it split town". Grady Judd is a no-nonsense kind of guy. He's not gonna slap murder charges and accessory charges on people unless he can BACK IT UP. From what I was told, Robert himself is looking at 15 years per accessory charge, plus 5 years for one of the others. He has a pre-trial hearing next month (day before his son's birthday), but I'm not exactly sure of the day. 28th? 27th?


As far as Chyanne and Robert being engaged.. LOL. That girl doesn't know her head from her behind. She goes back and forth so much it's crazy. I don't know if she's talked to Robert, since I don't have much contact with her. But when it's all said and done, I think they aren't going to make it. She's too young to be able to handle her man being away for 15+ years.
