I haven’t kept up because of real life. Have had a lot of changes in the last year. RW’s baby mama doesn’t talk to me much about the situation anymore. Last time I actually heard anything was a while back when I was at the house when RW called to talk to his son. I’m wondering if baby mama will be called for a deposition since they were here in town before the murders happened. She would lie to save RW so that worries me. In fact she would lie to save TJ too. It’s really sad. The whole bunch of a bunch of nuts lol. I hope they show the trial for TJ on tv.. I won’t waste my time going to trial. Lock him up and throw away the key.

*Pretrial Conference Hearing (@ 1pm ET) - FL – Damion Allen Tillman (23) Keven Michael Springfield (30) & Brandon Cyril Rollins (27) (July 17, 2020, Frostproof) - for *William "Robert" Wiggins (21/now 23) TJ's bro arrested (7/21/20) & charged (7/23/20) with 3 counts of accessory after the fact of a capital felony & 1 count of tampering with evidence. $15K bond for accessory & $1K for tampering charge & charged (7/23/20) & indicted (9/30/20) with 2 counts of nuisance injurious to health. Plead not guilty. Bond $45K accessory ($15K for each count), $1K for tampering & $500 ($250 for each count) for nuisance. Bonded out, all Surety bonds @ $46,500 on 8/7/20. Violated bond conditions, back in jail 8/20/20. Bond denied (7/27/21).

11/16/21 Update: Next pretrial conference hearing on 1/19/22. 1/19/22 Update: A judge on Wednesday granted a request for a continuance related to the defense of William "Robert" Wiggins for his alleged role in a July 2020 triple homicide in Frostproof. At the Wednesday pretrial conference, defense lawyer Graylin C. Chastang said a February date has been set for witness's depositions in his client's case & that they are still setting up dates for more depositions before Wiggins' case goes to trial. Judge Melissa Gravitt granted the continuance and set Wiggins' pretrial conference for 3/8/22 at 1pm.
*Tony Lee J “TJ” Wiggins, Jr. (26/now 28) – Murder: Status hearing on 3/11/22. Assault charge & Firearms: Pretrial conference hearing on 3/11/22. Trial set to begin on 4/3/23. Battery on LE: Pretrial conference hearing on 4/26/22.
*Mary Clare Whittemore (27/now 28) – Accessory & Perjury: Pretrial conference hearing on 4/19/22.

I surmise from the posts that all three defendants are still in jail. That's good.
