Michael King is accused of abducting, raping and murdering Denise Lee in 2008. He could be executed if he is convicted.

Nathan Lee, widower or Denise Lee, regains his composure Wednesday at the Charlotte County Justice Center in Punta Gorda after being questioned by his attorney about her rape and murder of his wife at the hands of Michael King in 2008
