Maybe this is old news to y'all but I've been looking for evidence (okay, proof...I've been looking for proof) that WW was in FL during the time in question. I knew he told a relative (aunt, IIRC) prior to June 29th that he was going to Florida, to console Mark after Teresa's step-brother who resided in CT passed away. (Stop. Let that sink in slowly for a minute.)

Is this true? If WW told a relative he was going to FL to console MS after TS' step-brother died then his visit would have to take place between June 21-25. So he tells his relative he is going to FL to console MS..over his step-brother-in-law's death. This doesn't make sense and if he did indeed make this trip, with or without MS knowledge, then he very likely could have been in Florida during the murder on the 29th.

Also, When digging around on some background check websites, I come across a St. Petersburg, FL address used by WW. TS has also lived in St. Petersburg or at least has a St. Pete address associated with her in the past. I believe that WW and TS were well acquainted and have known each other for years, possibly living in St. Petersburg at the same time. MS could very likely NOT been involved in this, as WW probably has enough history with TS to establish some sort of motive. Maybe using the clinic as a front for his own nefarious purposes(medicare fraud, id theft, meth precursors, blackmail, etc).

Next, In one of WW's FB pics it appears as though he is driving some type of convertible. It is impossible to say what kind of car, other than it seems fairly new by the visible trim. How does a felon with no job that just got out of jail afford to ride in something like that, assuming it is his?

I understand what people are saying about a woman traveling alone, and late at night, but I have long traveled by myself, arriving in the wee hours, even in foreign countries, and I have also returned early by myself from a family trip for work. (Not even a funeral.) TS seems like a really modern, capable woman that doesn't adhere to outdated male/female roles or need to feel protected by her husband. I don't think she would have considered getting home from the airport at 11:30 a dangerous situation at all. Maybe that was emasculating to MS.

ETA:Oh, but I DO bet it was MS's idea that he stay back in Conn for bit longer with the girls so that he could have a perfect alibi. I think he saw an opportunity (probably a fairly unique opportunity) where the doctor would be alone in the house and her death could be dismissed as break in gone wrong, as opposed to a planned murder. (And it almost sorta might have worked, as even a lot of people here on WS were thinking it was a break in gone bad.)

Sometimes the alibi can be too perfect. Ive thought this one was since the beginning. Too many things immediately followed that couldn't all be a coincidence. jmo

Maybe they are referring to MISSOURI court records.. that is where he went to court the other day. He had a lawyer in Missouri for the violation of probation.. a hearing and then will be extradited to Florida.

Nothing comes up in the search for 25 year-old JR or JRR. I've tried both names - Jimmy Rodgers and Jimmy Ray Rodgers. I even tried James Rodgers (just in case he has a more formal name that we aren't aware of).

There should be FL Lee County court cases with docket entries for JR and CWW for the murder arrests - arrest warrants issued, arrest warrants served, murder charge complaints, etc.

For cases I've reviewed, my Florida county online criminal court records has all of that information listed really quickly.

We don't know what time TS actually landed or arrived home. The best time frame I've seen was in this thread where neighbors were asked if they were home between 10:30 pm and 5:00 am (or whatever the time was). Prior to that we've heard from some neighbors about sounds in the early hours of the morning. It could be that TS arrived home earlier in the evening and JR (and possibly WW) came to the house after she arrived, or he could have been there waiting for her - there are so many details we don't know yet.

I keep going back to the motive for this heinous crime and absolutely NOTHING warrants murder! It breaks my heart to think about it, and more especially if these perps were hired by a family member, friend or colleague who knew TS / it's so unimaginable, and yet logically I realize it does happen in this crazy world we live in. From what we do know to date, it appears there may be someone else involved besides the two arrested. I have my suspicions and would love to be wrong. If it is WW's childhood friend, what possible incentive could be big enough to kill his friend's wife? For the life of me, I can't comprehend it. Perhaps he wasn't hired by his childhood friend, so then I ask "how could you do this to the wife of your friend?" - what kind of person does that??? Not that it's any better, but I thought most hit men kill people they don't know. Regardless, if WW was the middle man, he knew Teresa!!! Then he attended the funeral and hugged her sister!!! He has to be a sociopath with no conscience. I have gone round and round in my mind about other possible suspects and motives and nothing makes sense, although we hear and see stories like this quite often and it may be as simple and sad as money or love. It's still so horrific that I can't wait until everyone involved is brought to justice.

I believe there's a mixup here and I think it is supposed to say that WW went to Florida to console his good friend when his wife died (meaning he was at TS's funeral, which we know because her sister told us). IIRC

Also, yes I mentioned yesterday that WW had a record of living in St Pete and so did TS and MS.

I think there a wide scale of danger for women alone at night. Walking home through a park at 2 AM home from a bar being tipsy is incredibly dangerous, while jumping in a cab sober at the airport after dark is not at all, IMO. Parking lots can be a little creepy, especially at night. But airport parking lots a little less so as they are generally well lit and usually have some traffic by travelers in weird hours. I am TS's exact age, but I do know as I get older, I want to be closer to home when night falls. Not really for safety reasons, just because I like to be home!!!!

But, unfortunately, when the darkness lurks in your own house or relationship, there are no safety precautions you can really take unless you know what's going on.

Making sure all ducks are in a row--I have dealt a long time with people like JR and they are pretty easy to put pressure on--once you do,they cave fairly easily.--JMO----understand LE is not in a hurry---everything must be done correctly for the courts and any suspects are being watched

There is positively no good reason for this crime at all!!! This is what's infuriating me more and more by the minute.

What I meant before was the reason for her being home alone could possibly have been a setup so this crime could take place - I have my suspicions, but we're not allowed to talk about people who've not yet been named as a POI so I have to mind my manners until then.
