A I think the general of safety of airports is phenomenal. When you have somebody with mental illness or you have a (???) there's not much that law enforcement can do about it. That's why we train to do mitigation - to lessen the loss of life, and we've done a phenomenal job .
He spoke then about our country.. people that have a mental illness.. or people that are on a no-fly list... they flat-out should not be allowed to have handguns or long rifle.

We need to balance the Public's need of freedom to travel and protecting the people that are traveling with them. We need to relook at procedures re carry firearms in their checked baggage but we need to look at security around baggage claim......
