All I can say is that Christopher Marlowe's posts and scenarios are well thought out and reasoned. I would think anyone would value his time and effort.

Concerned Person, I had the same thoughts!

I gotta say from what I know of the case so far CM's criminal profile sounds much closer to what may have happened imo. The vans in parking lots are a known predator trap that's why I always check wal-marts and things at night especially with so many SUV's around now. It sure answers my question about how they knew what car was hers if she had been abducted at the door like his first scenario. The worker fits as well with our theories of the who, and thankfully he left out a physical description this time it stands to reason what type he might be especially in the field of construction and with a tool belt as well armed and dangerous.

Strach, I check in the daytime too and avoid going out at night if I don't have to! I believe I read where the parking spots are numbered, not sure if it matached with her condo number tho.

I did a double-take on that particular opinion as well, Izzy. OMG - if ever there was a brainwashing victim - surely, it was Elizabeth!

However, even though I strongly disagree with him on the point that 14 yr. old Elizabeth may have been a willing participant - I have to respect Marlowe's right to have his own opinion. It's just not mine! Never will be!

13th Juror :)

absolutely agree about marlowe's right to have his own opinion and did not mean to imply otherwise, although i disagreed with it! thanks for helping me say this clearer 13th juror!

Izzy, maybe this will help--hope so :) It is confusing

This liink is to the site where CM first posted his theory, and where it was deleted. Eeek even banned. The Admin here has very strict rules, which are also made as they go along. I know! I asked about LE and just about got my head knocked off lol Admin has a forum for suggestions, but doesn't allow anything that would infer with what might be 'reality'. It is a site the family asked him to put up, so it is a place where one walks on eggshells. Admin doesn't want anything posted there that would hurt the family, as I presumed from a post I made, they want to hear nothing about the possibility of Jennifer being deceased. I asked why there weren't any searches going on, that was deleted.

Here is another site, the person who opened this site, wanted a site that one could be anonymous and post whatever due to the restrictions on the other site. This is the site, where CM posted today.

Hope this makes sense, I am in a hurry running out the door.

thank you LaMer, for taking the time to explain and post the links. now i do have a better understanding!!

i can't even imagine how hard it must be for jennifer's parents to face the awful possibility that she may not return to them. my prayers are for them tonite.

Currently I am reading the John Douglas book ‘Mindhunter’. An idea that caught my attention was the perpetrator was likely to try and insinuate themselves into the investigation. Whilst this might apply more to serial offenders it is worth keeping in mind.
IMO both of Christopher Marlowes posts are brilliant. I sincerely hope he posts here next time.

I think what really bothered me about Christopher Marlowe's first post was it seemed to be written as fact....not what may have happened. I think that is what made the hair on my neck stand up. It really gave me the creeps like the person responsible for Jennifer's death was writing the post on Jennifer's web site. Stranger things have happened.

Bobbi, I don't think you are the only one who was thinking that but I really didn't myself because it looked to me exactly like someone was making a profile of the case with suggestions and I did seriously consider what he was saying. I did suggest that the info on the CM a poster located within the area be passed to LE as well as the original post from 13th juror she sent to LE because sometimes a criminal will insinuate themselves into a crime, can't be too careful. Yes, mystery I have read the profilers books too :blushing:
Beyond Belief, I have gone over your pics so many times and even tried different contrasts, etc. I have your photo page book marked and keep checking, you do great work. Many thanks for your efforts. I do see some of the things you've pointed out but I can't get any more from it than you, too bad we don't have a better original to start with but from that first video still I think someone who has seen it has a good idea of who it is and isn't talking. The poi knows it's him and isn't speaking up for whatever reason.

I like the "we're on to you and its only a matter of time" attitude.

There is so much sophisticated equipment out there, just maybe somebody with that available will dig into the photos. I think most of what is seen is double exposure from a used tape.
I played around with the "still" of the guy in the laundry room and got the same type of double images.

Hey Beyond Belief :)

I like hearing the "We're on to you and its only a matter of time" attitude too. However, I'm afraid that now most of that brave attitude is 'bluster' at this juncture. Numerous tips they thought were so so promising turned out to be a 'complete bust'.

I also think that brave positive attitude by the Kesses was precipitated by the fact that the FBI was working on the still pics of the POI. I think they (and "we") expected much more from the photos & the FBI. Apparently, the only info garnered (or at least released to the media/public) from their forensic team was an approximate height of that poi. (5'3"-5'5")

I also feel that the Kesses brave statement was really meant to bring "that someone who knows something" OUT into the open. Didn't happen, unfortunately - at least, not yet.

To my knowledge - there are no organized searches for Jennifer currently taking place. LE is certainly taking call-in tips and the Kesse family has a small group of folks handing out boxes of flyers to volunteers at the Florida Mall from noon - 4 pm today. I think they're relying heavily on 'tips' & the results that may be garnered from the Malibu.

I'm hoping that LE's forensics team was able to lift important & conclusive evidence from Jennifer's car in order to make an arrest - but, I'm not holding my breath .. just hoping!

Haven't heard a single word on any of the news stations about Jen, the Kesse family or the investigation all day. Rather unusual - as there have been updates or at least little blips on a daily basis concerning this case for weeks now.

As for sophisticated equipment to garner information from those still photos - I would guess that the FBI forensics team would certainly have that type of equipment .. and they came up way short of the mark.

IMO - the pool-house video tapes were probably utilized repeatedly to tape-over numerous times and of very poor quality to begin with. So many places that employ videotaping for security purposes rotate those tapes every week or so. A single tape may be used once a week or twice a month. It wouldn't surprise me in the least that you saw 'shadowing'. Bummer! :(

We going to try I think hubby said Adobe photoshop. I would just like to know if the poi has her belongings with him.
Also I have heard no mention of jewelry that Jenn would be wearing. Everybody wears a watch. It has to be somewhere.
I think everything should have been detailed that she would have been carrying in her purse. Hairbrush, makeup, pens, notebook, etc. Someone might have seen them dumped someplace and not even realized it.

HI!

Beyond Belief, check this link out. Yesterday, we were at Dicks, the cashier was wearing a cap, and I did a double take, of her hat! She called it a beret or a tam. What caught my eye was the 'back' of the hat. It looked identical to the shape of the poi's hat, at least how I see it, rather rounded in the back and protruding outward.

You can't see the back in the link, but this is the hat I saw yesterday.

Also the 'white 'USA' on the side might be what some are seeing as an emblem.

13th Juror, thanks for your post, you are always so informative. :) I look forward to hearing, what you are hearing in FL.

As for the news, FOXNEWS tonight, the Kesse are going to be on, gee it was either the Line up or the Big Story, I believe they said, some interesting news, but they always say something to that effect to lure us in.

I have more detail:

We had to return to DIck's for something else, and I took a closer look, on one side there is the name 'roots' in white letters, on the other side there is a dark emblem and in white 'USA'. So it is, 'Roots' in white lettes on the right side and emblem and USA on left side of the hat. The back is exactly the way it appears in the picture of the poi.

Sorry Beyond Belief, :banghead: I should've been more specific, lol I guess I thought everyone knew or had a 'Dicks'

One more thing, this hat hangs down lower in the back like the one in the pic of the poi person. It was that protruded, outward, and rounded look which made me take a second look!

Editing to add, besides the cashier wearing one, they were hanging on hooks at all the cashier counters.
