I posted the link, but you could have posted it. This kind of FB page is usually allowed. There are some exceptions.There is a FB group "Justice for Kamrie Mitchell"
I believe the page admin is her cousin so it looks to be the "official" FB page for her.
Can I link or should I just refer to it like I did above?

the page says (paraphrasing) that the submerged car was found just down the road from AW's house and a witness later came forward saying they saw a black man pushing the car into the water.
The article states:
