Hi All--

I'm fairly new to WS  and I have been lurking around here and there. I've been following this case and I am saddened by the recent developments. I'm interested to hear the ME's findings in order to confirm/deny my theories.

Has an updated map been created by any sleuthers that includes where the remains were found and key locations in the case?

RIP dear Lonzie.

Welcome to the group, yes a map was made within an hour of him being found. It would be back several pages.. post #466 has one, there were more.

They all need to stay in Jail...the counties would be heck of a lot safer with them locked up.

I stated in a previous post that I do not like Corey. At the press conference, she stated something about 'at least WE found him'. NO, she had no part in finding him, IMO. The way she was talking in the PC made me feel she was all for any plea agreement.

New charges? Does she think we are stupid when we know that the plea agreement was for Aggravated Manslaughter with 20years? Of course this would be new charges being Aggravated Manslaughter and the dropping of other charges. Corey is full of bluster and self-importance, IMO.

I do not like the way she more or less took over the PC when it should have been about little Lonzie. The Sheriff showed such compassion, and he and his words really touched me. He is seasoned LE and yet the heartbreak of it did not escape him, IMO.

Corey had no business at that PC, IMO, and if she wanted to say anything at all she should have called her own PC. JMO

I hope little Lonzie can be put to rest with all the dignity and love he still deserves. He is one of Heaven's Blue Eyed Angels.

MOO

Probably about who the father is. Reminds me of something on Jerry Springer! What a disgusting mess of people, a poor sweet child lost his life because of them. And sadly it happens all the time [emoji35] Just sick! I pray that there is a chance for Lonzie's sister to have a good life.

Have any of Lonzie's "grandparents" come out and said anything yet?

O/T:

Attorneys for the man awaiting trial in the kidnapping, rape, and murder of 8-year-old Cherish Perrywinkle want the death penalty off the table in his upcoming trial.

The motion filed on behalf of Donald Smith came the same day the U.S. Supreme Court struck down Florida's death penalty.

In an 8-to-1 ruling, justices said the sentencing procedure is flawed and unconstitutional because juries only play an advisory role in deciding a death penalty. The judge actually makes the ruling.

Smith's trial is set for April 4, 2016. The state filed a notice to seek the death penalty.

I suspect this is the first of many to come. I don't know if or how it might affect Ebron's case.

And, still waiting for identity confirmation from the ME. Hopefully we'll hear today.

with regard to the sister...little hope to be honest....I never realized how many just plain gross and awful people can live in one place..each one more ignorant and depraved than the next. I so hope they can prove the injuries that probably took place many times including before she went to work....anyone notice that in all the interviews NOT ONCE did she call the child by name...it is always the baby...one detective even asked..she can't say the name of her own child because she knows what she and that other vile creature did. Both need DP.
