I've been thinking about pregnancy since the beginning of this case. Maybe this is the news that he received on that phone call. JS might have told him that he made the mess and now he needed to come back and fix it. JMO

I have thought about that since we heard his dad say something rattled him during that phone call. he didnt tell them aboiut it and he usually tells them everything, ( well maybe not that))
Didnt he ask his dad for some anti anxiety pills? his dad didnt have any but SS said he found some that were 4 years old? Why do I doubt that theyd have 4 yr old ativan laying around? But he told the cops he was hopped up on anxiety medication. which is coming up as an issue in that motion to supress hearing. (consent issue)

@Gemmie ? do you know? I dont think I have heard that, but maybe someone else has? Out of everythhg that we have heard, I am kind of leaning towards that having something to do with it, I dont necessarily think she was, but it may have been perceived.

No. I have just heard it said on several channels that she wasnt, that her family ( her bio dad) mostly has said she was not. They were supposed to have been given the results of the autopsy,
I mean stephan sterns said he read the autopsy report, if that info was there surely he would have said something?
Dont take my word for it, Im going by sources which I thought were pretty credible, and not by anything official.

I think it’s interesting that he has had access to the autopsy to read. I think we have been told in Florida autopsies for minor children are not released to the public.

Would he have access to it through his attorney as discovery, preparing for the trial? Or would he have access because JS as MS’s mother granted permission to release it to him? (Is she still invested in helping him like she was when she told CS to get him a lawyer? Her protestations in police interview seemed half hearted — not genuine.) MOO.

I actually question JS as being “mentally ill.” Her family all seem high functioning and responsible. My thought is that she could be a bit dull but has used, misused, and used in contradiction so many medications (prescribed, street drugs, and alcohol) that her brain just doesn’t function well. OMHO.

So it must be that his attorney let him read in preparing for trial?

Thinking about Jenn, did she get an attorney? If so she was probably advised to stay away from SS (and would not have shared autopsy?)

I just don’t recall hearing she retained anyone and it would have been after that long “black sofa” interview with police.

The State has the autopsy report, SS has been charged with her murder, so it stands to reason that the Defense received the autopsy report as discovery which is how SS has seen it. (Yes, autopsy reports are protected in private. Not available to the public. Only available to family. And IMO LE and related agencies for the purposes of investigation/prosecution.)

Once these trials are over, and SS is sentenced, I would like for the judge to factory reset SS's brain, to delete every single image of MS in that whiny, jello head of his so that he can't view or violate her ever again.

This isn't the first time a person of interest checked themselves into a psych ward. I intend to think that it is a diversion to prolong the inevitable.

Unless she devised some terrific costume, seems like overly ambitious paparazzi would have spotted her somewhere by now and we’d have seen her photo. I guess it’s possible she is living with a family member and literally never leaves the house? OMO.

Not unlike that movie with Michael Keaton, "Clean and Sober", the best place to go to get away from everything and everyone is substance abuse treatment. Completely confidential, and paid by health insurance, even Medicare and Medicaid.

Could she have simply left the state? It has been awhile since I have visited this thread--it disgusts me well beyond most topics here--but I seem to remember both JS & SS going and visiting people elsewhere in the not terribly distant past. Colorado, if I am remembering correctly? Something like that? If she's not formally accused of anything and no one has papped pictures of her at Walmart or McDonalds or places like that, I'd lean towards her being somewhere far from Orlando.
