The only two updates on the court site were on Wednesday, April 7.

There was a “NOTICE OF PROVISION OF SUPPLEMENTAL WITNESS LIST” that notified the court that the state attorney provided the supplemental witness list to the defendant.

There was also a “NOTICE OF DISCOVERY (SUPPLEMENTAL)” that notified the court that the state attorney has provided the following evidence to the defense: “PGS. 713-714 FDLE Lab Report (03/24/2021)”. The previous document only had pages 1-712.

Nothing new date-wise, sadly.

There are two new documents, however. From April 15, there is a “NOTICE OF DISCOVERY (SUPPLEMENTAL),” and from April 19, there is a “NOTICE OF PROVISION OF AMENDED WITNESS LIST ”.

The notice of discovery provides “PG. 715 | Property/Evidence Form (Item 121 DNA Extracts)” to the defense from the state attorney’s office. No other details were included.

The notice of provision simply states that an updated witness list was provided to the defense from the state attorney’s office. No other details were included.

The only recent activity was on 04/19/21, when the State Prosecutor’s Office filed a “NOTICE OF PROVISION OF AMENDED WITNESS LIST.” No specific details were provided.

There is a new document titled “NOTICE OF SUBPOENA OF MEDICAL RECORDS F.S. 395.3025(4)(D) AND 456.057(7)(A)3” from 05/12. The Court is issuing a subpoena to Celebration Health concerning the defendant’s treatment on or about January 13-15, 2020.
