It did not say they were malnourished and yes maybe they were dirty but it could have been that they had been playing outside and did not have time to get cleaned up. My children get dirty does that mean I am a deadbeat mother?

I stand corrected. Thanks for pointing that out. Thought I read "malnourished" but it was just dirty. Good catch! I can't comment on whether or not they had just been playing I wasn't there.

No my opinion of him being a deadbeat dad was the three instances of him not paying child support. From what it looks like in the public documents I have read is that he didn't pay a dime of support until forced to do so by court. I could be wrong but that's what it looks like.

Also regarding this whole last text being outta character.. Just some thoughts maybe she was driving and texting? I'm not sure if this is a known habit but maybe she was at a red light didn't have time to do a long text and just responded back quickly? I would assume Michelle and Dale texted back and forth to each other and if he was trying to keep appearances up that michelle had the phone why would he not also do a long text as well?

Ok let's for a second say some random stalker grabbed Michelle. Her last know text in line with her character was just before dropping off the twinners then no other texts until the IMO bogus "Waterford" text. So the stalker knew she told Dale she was going shopping so he wanted to frame Dale? How come no one other than Dale said Michelle planned to go shopping that day? How come no witnesses saw Michelle after she arrived at Dales? Still his lie that she arrived at 4pm keeps coming back to me...The random perp idea to me just has no foundation. She was in a gated area. I just don't see it.

I have been through dsjrs "gated area" and i don''t have the code to get in. I simply followed another car in. Do the media have the gate code to this area? There have been videos from them outside dsjrs house?

What if they had an agreement and it wasn't court ordered? You and I would not know that so we don't know if he was or was not paying child support. Also why would he pay child support if they were living with him? I agree after she moved out he should be paying. But does that really constitute as being a deadbeat?

How come no one saw Dale put Michelle's body in the Hummer and drive away with it? How come no one saw Dale at all anywhere? Does this make Dale innocent? No, but how did he do all he was supposed to have done and not leave one clue??

If the hummer were in his garage, he COULD have also removed the GLOW decals there, while placing Michelle in the vehicle behind closed doors. Or maybe he placed Michelle in his pickup truck (in his garage) and drove to his parents then worked on covering up his crime. So many possibilities exist. We know Michelle went "off character" immediately after arriving at Dales...

How can he be a dead beat dad for not paying support... he is the respondent and she the petitioner.. IMO why would HE take HER to court to "offer" to pay support and then not pay it???

Dale or anyone for that matter could have looked at her past texts and easily copied something to fit a past conversation. Her brother said it was out a character, but maybe she just didn't feel like giving him a ride and maybe she was close to him and lied so he couldn't get mad at her for not coming to get him.

I think it was mentioned that earlier in the day they had gone shoe shopping. It could have been that Dale misunderstood and thought they were going shopping as well. I'm not sure how friendly they were while doing a twin switch.

Some of my favorite pictures of my kids were taken when they were at their dirtiest... Digging holes searching for treasure, digging holes to China lmao, playing baseball, football in the snow, playing in the rain, swimming in our local club lake, etc. The statement from Michelle's mom could have been taken a multitude of ways. If she meant it negatively, I wonder why she didn't describe their dirtiness knowing it would get back to CPS. Actually, maybe she did but we're just not privy to it, or maybe she didn't mean it in a bad way. I have no idea at all, only speculating. Again, media slants their stories to sell papers and/or generate hits.

I tried to get in his complex myself and waited a while for a car to come but didn't have any luck...I agree what your saying is possible (sneaking in), but seems unlikely she was followed to Dales...her mother as I recalled said they went shoe shopping earlier in the day...

No we don't know she went off character, we have her brother saying this and I already gave my opinion as to why he may have said this and I don't see how many possibilties exist. This has to be done very quickly and thought out very well. If this is so obvious why no arrest yet?

I guess we agree to disagree. The court docs appear he challenged paternity and didn't pay until Michelle took him to court to get him caught up. I'm just tired of men sleeping around getting women pregnant and not stepping up as men to take responsibility. Far too many single moms here in the Orlando area and around the world for that matter...

Someone asked how could Dale put Michelle in a vehicle with no one seeing. It was MOO that he COULD have had his or her vehicle in the garage with the doors shut so no one would see. I was just describing a possibility...

Jumping off of your post: Is it possible that Michelle knew other people that lived in the complex? If yes, how do any of us know that there isn't someone that was taking notice of Michelle from within the "gated community"?

How often did Michelle drop the twins off there? Would she have been willing to stop and visit with someone if they waved her down as she was driving through?

If I didn't want to get pregnant there are steps I would take to make sure that doesn't happen. I was in fact a single mother and while I cursed my ex because he is the true definition of deadbeat I also had to take responsibility!! It is my body and I make the decision whether to use contraception and whether or not to keep the child.

IMO Dale or an accomplice texted "waterford" solely to buy time as they knew people would be looking for Michelle once she did not show up to help get her older son "A" off of the bus...
