According to Orange County property records, the home is registered to a "Dale Smith Senior." That's the name of Michelle Parker's ex-fiance's father. Parker's family said Dale Smith Jr. lives in the home.

BBM Makes no sense since Dale, Jr., has his own condo.

In the very short clip with the reporter knocking on the door of Dale, Sr's home, I hear the "twins" weren't in the home at the time of the search.

I would think if the twins were in the home, this would have been in the news article. Perhaps more will come out today, and hopefully a better news article.

I just don't get tear gasing a home with children unless there is absolutely undeniable evidence that something illegal/crime was going on in the home.

This is just so bizarre. I hope they didn't just follow up on an anonymous tip. I wonder how many wackos are calling in tips this weekend alone because of the $50,000 reward.

Maybe I'm reading too much into her voice mail left for her dad but do any of you mention the day when leaving a voice mail for someone close to you?

I don't. Just curious if others do.

Most phones will have the date and time of any voicemails, so I would not bother with announcing what day or time I called someone.
I guess some people might though. I'm sure her dad would recognize her voice.

Catching up on this thread. I can't believe they had a SWAT team go to serve a search warrant. And, with the twins in the house? Wow, just wow!

We don't know if the twins were there but I think the assumption would be if the dad was there so would they? He has custody. Wish LE would make a statement or something to clear this up.:banghead:

Dale, Jr, would have to have moved out of his condo in the last week, if Dale, Jr, is living there. I am thinking this is another one of CFNews13 poor articles and just not getting the facts right. :crazy:

It says court papers show that Dale Sr. owns the condo, so maybe he just lets Dale Jr. live there.

But... a SWAT team to serve a search warrant?? And tear gas?? Isn't that a bit much?? Don't believe I've ever heard of that before. Sounds like they might have believed he was holding somebody hostage and he was armed and dangerous.

Yup that's the only logical explanation to go to that extreme. I wonder what kind of intelligence information they got that she could have been being held hostage there? We'll probably never know but I'm very curious.

FWIW, she may very well have been but it was too late by that time. :dunno:

I think it's a mistake, but that's simply IMO due to the location of the video of her hummer from the neighbor.

I often leave the day and time if that's important as many voicemails don't give that. I sometimes will leave the date as well if that's relative.

This video by MSM said they confirmed the twins were at the house (at ~the 10 second mark going backwards) And, a neighbor says they used tear gas. WTH???!!!
