But Michelle's hummer was last seen at Dale's. that was the last time it was ever seen with the decals on.

When would an abductor have time or opportunity to take off her decals? If she drove away from the condo and then was abducted, she would be out in public. So how would the perp get the privacy needed to take off the decals and hide the body?

See that's what does it for me. All her normal phone activity stops at Dale's and she is never seen or heard from again and her vehicle is never seen again with the decals...I haven't seen a reasonable explanation for this...IMO it can't be explained because Dale WAS involved. Dale...where did you hide Michelle. Just give us a hint!

But he made the choice to harm Michelle so IMO he shouldn't get aid. Do you think it would be helpful to plot some places he may have hidden Michelle? We could use a process of elimination (places already searched) and some best ideas. Given he most likely hid her between 4:30-8:00 I think we can narrow the possibilities.

If welfare were unavailable to any family with a member who it is thought might have done something wrong, we'd have virtually no need for the system anymore.

Hmm.. maybe that is not a bad idea.

Dale breaking neck.jpg

I found this photo of Dale demonstrating how he can break someone's neck. Could this be how he immobilized Michelle?

I am sure you didn't really mean what you just said about aid, at least I'd like to, besides in this very issue there are young innocents children involved and I am sure they don't deserve being in poverty and without help because what their parent might or might not have done. Please on this agree notwithstanding your feelings for DS.

OT: I agree! I am all for less social programs or severely limiting who is eligible and for how long and providing an incentive for people to get off public assistance...JMO

breaking someone's neck is definitively a way a person can immobilize another, rather permanently I'd say. IMO

Again I have no personal feelings toward Dale. I do not know him. I hate what he has done, but in no way shape or form do I hate him...I believe he should give custody to Michelle's loving parents (both YS and BP) who are great law abiding role models IMO...

SO you think this is how he did it? Or some other way?

We have no evidence of that though and why was her phone pinging between Dale's condo and Sr's for so long after she supposedly left? WHere did she get money to live? How would she pull this off without being seen by anyone?

Sure, why not? I couldn't, haven't gotten into a fight since I was a teenager, but Dale yes, he fights a lot from what I hear and then there is the military training and all. Again, possible, Yes. IMO

So if possible...how can we exclude that he was involved or why would we want to look other places?

All he needed to do was 1. immobilize or kill her shortly after arrival 2. hide her vehicle in his garage and strip the decals. 3. establish an alibi 4. use established alibi as a defense and sneak away to hide evidence.

Based on his extensive knowledge of the criminal proceedings and military training...he is well equipped to carry these tasks out alone...yet I still believe he had help based on some of the info released...

I don't know that anybody here excludes DS from being involved, certainly not moi'. The problem is not believing it or theorizing about it, it is to prove it. Based on the time line and the circumstances of the case I personally don't think that scenario is likely ... not at the condo. Be interesting to me to hear theories from the timeline starting at when MP left the condo. IMO

To follow on the previous thought, and I was kinda thinking about it the other day, though I'm not a detective, but I think crime are solved not unlike chess. You don't really win at the point where you checkmate your opponent, you win when you initiate a sequence of moves that lead to an inescapable conclusion, in this case, checkmate. Same with crime and evidences and their conclusions.

So we should sneak up on Dale so he doesn't see it coming? I think LE already has that in the works...JMO

That's one theory sure, although not letting your opponent know what you're up to does seem like a sensible idea to me. After 6 months though the LE ... oh never mind ... LOL

No the chess analogy was something like "you need to gather enough evidence that lead to the inescapable conclusion of guilt" thingy.

Her normal phone activity did not stop at Dale's condo.

So let's look at what we have so far. What do you have on your list of pros and cons. As you have stated your still"on the fence" do you have such a list? That may be a great starting point...JMO
