I agree. I think Dale knew the 426 text bought him a couple of hours. He most likely knew LE wouldn't be called until she didn't show up for work at 730. As she normally arrived early for her shift...I would anticipate he gave himself until 8 or so to hide evidence before LE was notified. This means he needed to be back at Rose by 8:30 at latest. Wouldn't you say? So that gave him about 3.5 hours to hide Michelle. Would he think woods or sinkhole or marsh? Burial? What would be his first instinct on where to hide Michelle? And if she was taken from the condo alive...how long did he keep her under his control and how?

IMO The police might have been called by the family when she did not show up at 7:30 but if they are like any other PD they would not really consider a missing person case prior to two days of the person going missing, and certainly they would not initiate an intense search so early in the disappearance, and I think this perp knows it. If that is not what happened here you can correct me, otherwise the perp has substantially more time the 3.5 hours to hide Michelle's body, much more.

She was in his driveway or directly in front of his condo. She did not need to leave them unattended at all. He probably saw her from the window, as he was expecting her any moment.

As for his reasoning, I think there are a few possibilities. One, it is pretty coincidental that within an hour of her going missing, Dale was seeing himself on the court TV show for the first time. He never saw the edited version, and he looks and acts like an idiot. And he may have seen and heard the things Michelle said about him on national television, right then for the first time. When you are actually taping the show, you probably miss a lot of what the other people are saying and doing. And just then, that afternoon, he was seeing what Michelle said for the first time. I think that made him very angry. Also, the day before she went missing, Michelle was apparently looking at homes online, that she could move into with her kids. There is speculation that she was moving in with her new boyfriend. So i have wondered if maybe she gloated to Dale that afternoon, about the fact she was moving in with her new guy, and how much the kids liked him and all. ?

I have always has the impression that Dale was jealous of NM and knew with him in the picture he lost Michelle and the twinners would view Dale as 2nd fiddle...he wanted NO part of that and killed Michelle because a better man win the woman of his dreams and his kids...JMO

That too goes to motive not evidence.

So when would be an ideal time? Late at night? Next day? How does he ensure no DNA evidence. He had to know how to beat the system as he surely knew all eyes would eventually focus on him. I mean he seems dumb but this planning was very smart IMO almost the perfect crime!

That is a motive for killing her, and there are more then one if you think about it. But why on that very day and under those circumstances? Why not tomorrow, or next week, when the kids are not in the immediate area and he is not the last one to have seen Michelle? Why not at night, in the dark, when few people are around? IMO

What if he held her hostage for a while?

I think because the only time he ever saw her was when she was dropping off the kids. When else was he going to be sure to see her? And i think he wanted the privacy of his home. How else would he get her alone?

I don't think he had the options that you listed. He had no chances to see her at night, when few people were around. She probably left work with her boyfriend most nights. When you think about it, this day was a perfect opportunity. He had his kids as his alibi. And he could use the same excuses that you are listing now. " Why would I do that now when she was at my home and everyone knew it?"

I think it was a spontaneous decision, out of anger. But once he made the decision, he went for it, and had already figured out what he was going to do, because he had pondered it, fantasized about it , many times before, imo.

Do you have a link to Michelle looking at homes online the day before she disappeared? Because I never heard that before. Also, her new boyfriend owns his own home so if she were going to move in with him I'd assume there'd be no need to search for houses online. Just wondering....TIA

I agree she may have angered Dale by throwing the new boyfriend up in his face. :)

Does anyone know: Has Dale himself admitted to being wrong about (or lying about; however you want to phrase it) the time he made contact with Michelle at his condo (4:00), or is the 3:18 arrival time still standing in contradiction to Dale's 4:00 claim?

Only problem with this is we don't actually know that he's a better man.

I wonder if it's actually possible Michelle & Dale might have "tried again" after the PC episode. Maybe it didn't work out but was still fresh in Dale's mind. Maybe when she pulled up, she was texting & Dale asked who she was texting. Maybe he grabbed her phone & then saw red when it became obvious she was falling for another man. So maybe her disappearance has nothing to do with the PC episode but everything to do with another man.

We can't sleuth NM but I highly doubt he has a rap sheet like Dales or beats and strands women in the middle of nowhere...JMO Any man that hits a woman is no man at all so with NM he appears on the surface to be a MUCH better man.

Waitasec... When I searched, I found a foreclosure or short sale around the same time Michelle went missing. Are you sure he owns his home? Maybe what I saw was preforeclosure?

IMO if the perp was Dale that answer is "not very easily?" and for what I know almost impossible. If the perp was someone else the answer I guess would be "much more easily". Forensic evidence gathering is enormously efficient nowadays, it's not easy at all to make available evidence disappear and you would really really need to be good. That is why the simpler the crime the most difficult it is to solve. Here there is no simplicity, if your theory is that Dale's did it, and that is exactly the problem, how do you make it all fit together?

It's Michelle's photobucket, at least it's one of them. The other guy is her ex, good guy I believe. She saved these pictures over many years so IMO he was still very special to her. Their son looks just like him.

Edited to say HOLY CRAP I didn't type sexual! I typed special! The "p" must have been omitted & therefore pulled in the "x"! These freaking iPhones get on my nerves sometimes. Smart phone my azz! Sucker needs to go back to school iyam!

BBM, :shocked2::lol::therethere:

Sounds like your phone needs a date. :what:

Thank you. Do you happen to have links to one of her recent photobuckets? Curious what is on those.

Jmo, the new boyfriend was a much better man. And I completely agree with your scenario--that could very well be how it went down.

There was one linked at the beginning of this case, 1 of hers & 1 of Dale's. I'd have to look in my notes for it but I honestly found the one I posted last night by accident. I was searching for info on more of her inner circle & came across where I noted that photobucket by email search. From what I remember, that PB was all about she & Dale. I'll look though.

I googled it to try and find the interview where i heard it before. I know it was from the sister. I found the following from google:

FL FL - Michelle Parker, 33, Orlando, 17 Nov 2011 - #17 [Archive ...
[Archive] Page 2 FL FL - Michelle Parker, 33, Orlando, 17 Nov 2011 - #17 ... Did LE take DS II's computer and cell, and what evidence was ...... by her sister that Michelle had been looking at homes for sale online that week.

But when I click on the link there are hundreds of archived posts and I have not found it yet. But it does show we talked about that interview in mid-November. lol

Positive. Jmo (because we can't sleuth him, this is all jmo)...
He owns it according to the Volusia County Property Appraiser and the County Clerk's official records. I found absolutely nothing regarding a foreclosure.
