Found Deceased FL - Miya Marcano, 19, Arden Villas apts, Orlando, 24 Sep 2021

My daughter and I stopped by the apartment complex about an hour ago. Lots of traffic in and out of the gated complex (appeared to be residents). The area surrounding the complex is very busy (main road, lots of restaurants and businesses). One helicopter was flying above while we were there. I took a video, but I think the file is too big to upload. Here are some pics, though. I didn't zoom on the helicopter so you could also see the surrounding area and how busy it is.

Knowing what we now know - was the door blocked from the inside so she couldn't get in it? I would imagine she got home from work opened the door and saw him ? or went in her bedroom to change and saw him and he blocked the door from the inside?

How do we protect our daughters from this??? he had a key...

I assume they have checked all the maintenance facilities, closets, storage areas, etc. so it makes sense that they are checking the surrounding wooded areas. How he would have gotten her out of her apartment without someone seeing something is a mystery...it is a BUSY complex.

I'm wondering if it wasn't through the window? and had his car stationed near it - he planned it IMO because he was inside her apartment while she was still at work. He may have even had a weapon - we don't know the apartment number yet right? Gosh - this is so awful and frightening..

If he’s responsible for her disappearance, hopefully they can pull GPS data from his phone or car.

What is it about the word "NO" that some men just don't understand? I hope they can trace him through either vehicle or cell phone GPS to see where all he has been in the last few days. He took all the information of her location with him. Poor Miya.

My guess is she's somewhere between her apartment and his in Seminole County FL. His route might be Alafaya Trail - north. I wonder if there is any evidence he held her in his apartment and what his method of suicide was?

sorry to say this, he's a maintenance guy. no one always notices what they do. Big laundry bin, a giant tote. . . he could throw her in a duffle and no one would be the wiser. just a bad guy IMO
