In other words BSS doesn't exist.

Therefore it's not legally binding. Psychiatrists, who have an entirely different training (a medical and scientific model) than a Psychologist, are legally bound to using the DSM for diagnosis.

Psychology is not a science but a pseudo-science many people believe, it is not a medical training and it is not a legally grounded practice IMO.

Where was SB under coercion control? I argue the opposite. She controlled JT.

I think the expert witness for the defence is doing a great job of exposing SB as an abuser.

It would seem we had two damaged individuals. SB, needy, codependent, abusive. JT, maybe all that PLUS being subject to coercive control. It's how she got HER needy needs met -- make sure he couldn't leave her. Entrapment. Suitcase, perfect symbol.
