FYI: I just got home from spending a few hours driving Gano St. & surrounding areas. There was a white van & two men in the white suits in front of the burned house on Gano Street...they were parked on the side of the house opposite the dumpster. There was a police car in front of Somer's home with a policeman standing outside talking with a woman. As I drove down Blanding Blvd. I noticed the channel 4 and firstcoast news van at the Clay County Police sub station. Maybe something is going to break today! I didn't see the big satellite dishes up on the vans, so...
I have to go find my cable to load the pictures I took...

I wonder if the house always has media and cops surrounding it, or if this is something new today. I hope there is a break in the case. Thank you for driving around!

While I'm gone trying to find the cable, here's something I found of interest if someone can research. I kept thinking of Tuba from astro thread asking about sand boxes, sand. WELL - there is a park called Clark House Park on Kingsley Avenue that has a volleyball net and guess what's on the ground - SAND! This park also appears to be near the triangle I think. BRB...

He was just arrested in the past few days...meaning he could have been involved. IMO I don't think he was, but he could have been.

Thanks I didn't see any dates when he was last arrested. Is it on the flyer? tia

You know what, I have to say something that's been bothering me for quite a few days...this stuff of not feeling comfortable putting names on the board. IMO, when you put yourself in the news to be interviewed, when you are pulled over for a traffic violation, when you are charged with a crime, you become public information. IMO, EVERYONE is considered a suspect - I find myself looking at the people I work with, in my neighborhood, at a traffic light, etc. Facebook pages, Myspace pages, they are all out there for public consumption. If you don't want it out there don't do anything wrong, abide by the law and don't put your name in cyberspace! So I really don't see why a small minority of ppl on this board have a problem with those who are already in the public records for whatever reason.

I have no qualms about the SO's or those with criminal records. I have a problem with digging up info on people that are only peripherally connected.
If you have utilities in your name, if you receive mail, if you have ever been contacted by the government for any reason (tax audit, jury duty, whatever) your name is in the public records. With a name come an address and phone number.
It's dangerous for those not involved. This is a public board, and there are nutcases everywhere.

For example, the last public record for me is 7 years ago. That is the closest you can come to finding me. I had cable in my name at that address. I have not had anything in my name since that time. For some reason, my current address hasn't been found yet from renewing my license.
If you have bills in your name, you will show up, with the billing address. Not usually for a couple of years, but it depends on when the records were updated.
For me personally, it is terrifying that all the precautions I have in place to keep myself alive, could fail if my address were to posted. These precautions include, photobucket under fake name with the personal photos locked, myspace under a fake name with no personal photos, facebook under a fake name, restraining order, email under a fake name, court orders in place that forbid the court from ever divulging my address, phone, email, or other personal area identifying information to my ex. He tried to kill me 5 years ago and I think he would try it again, if he had the means and the access.
You never know who could be hurt by being put under undeserved scrutiny.

Should have read that seven years it the closest you can come without some serious sleuthing skills or one of the really expensive sites. He has neither skills nor money, but he does have Google.

i wanted to respond to a question about sexual predators changing who they go after....a child molester usually stays within one age group and one sex. a sexual predator can switch age groups and gender. for them that isn't an issue its the availability and the control at the time.

If I had school age kids...and couldn't take and pick them up from school....I would try to form some kind of network where a parent would be available to walk with the kids. Maybe barter something like babysitting or house cleaning, etc. Form car pools. SOMETHING!

Yep, there sure is, there is also a decent sized sand box with digging toys in the park itself.

To me Kellam doesn't fit the profile. He likes boys. I don't think he would cross over.

Jones, he is in my radar for sure.

He's a painter and may have been at the home for that reason.

Someone may have called the tip line because of his injuries or his home/computer/vehicle/etc. were checked simply because he is an SO in the area and something was found.

Something of interest: the address he is registered to on familywatchdog.us (see attached) is this:

4901 RICHARD ST
JACKSONVILLE, FL 32207-7328

which is Specialty Hospital in Jacksonville:
http://www.specialtyhospitaljax.com/.

From their website:
We are a fully licensed and accredited, long-term acute care hospital, the only one of its kind in Jacksonville Florida and one of approximately 300 in the nation. Our patients are in need of extended hospital stays and have complex medical conditions.

That is why I erased all the names in any of my posts who were not registered sros or other criminals. Those of us who have never been harrassed or threatened cannot know of the terror of people like you who have been. I am new to this sleuthing, but I will promise you that I will not post any innocent or peripheral names. Thank you for your honesty.
