CCSO is not naming him a suspect and always refers to him as a POI. But the States Attorney can call him a primary suspect?
Confusing to me. (ETA: They are all part of the judicial process ... so why is it okay for one part to call him a suspect ... if indeed that is what her words meant ...)

In all the cases I'm Googling, it says 'police named ________ a suspect/POI' so I
guess it is the police and the States Attorney can say anything she wants.
