Watching it live it was basically a back and forth about whether KD started flirting with YS in January or April of 2013. He originally told LE April during a trip to Uganda he flirted with her over the phone and a year later he told the defence in a deposition it was in January. Not that it really matters in the grand scheme of things but the defence likes to jump and attack on any little discrepancy they can find, even insignificant ones that don't affect the overall testimony. Doesn't make them very endearing to the viewing audience. Not sure how it's coming across to the jury?
