Possibly due to Jihadi John's ISIS leader possible death attack earlier today the attacks might have been in the planning and they brought them forward tonight in revenge just my opinion.

Geraldo Rivera's daughter Simone is in France nearby the explosions she was at the stadium. He has been crying on Fox News very hard to watch and brings home the humanity of what is happening.

Now reports of a fourth incident a shooting at a shopping mall according to Fox News awaiting confirmation.

Full restaurant was targeted here, according to a witness there.

Concert hall holds 115, 100 hostages it is believed. Two perps inside with over 60 people possibly more.

I don't think they necessarily knew there was going to be a strike on this person. My thoughts are they had this plan in place already and were just waiting for the right moment to set it into action. The 'right moment' being anything done against them (like the JJ strike). Honestly I think there are probably several of these plans in place in several locations around the world... scary as that sounds. Ready or almost ready in case they are 'needed' as retaliation or 'offensive' attack.

This is the CA Band that was playing at the Concert Hall. Many of the Hostage victims will likely be younger locals and tourists, imo.
