It is a theory; one that I cannot discount right now. And with all the stops and starts with the video it's really difficult to follow this case and watch it unfold. I'm waiting for the Truth to unfold, as always in any case i work or follow. I do believe that she could have done exactly that, and I'm not in any minority either. The problem is when anyone posts a rogue view that foesn't dit with everyone elses. Sometimes you have to think outside the box. :jail:
Hopefully we will find the truth in this trial; that is why we are here. It isn't to take sides; or to post demands of other posters observing a trial. Trials are about The Truth. When I review her body language, and videos I have serious questions about "mom". That's not a crime it's not illegal; it's not "unfriendly to the victim" it's an honest question as to who and what kind of person calls the insurance company that very day. As an investigator there are certain facts one cannot ignore, and should not ignore. Her apt; even from the outside was an eyefull. What's her financial status? Where does she work now? Is she on any state assistance and does anyone know that? Because I do feel her wounds are self inflicted. And that's from exp in the work force as well as now viewing a case retired. I cannot ignore what I see. I'm waiting for the evidence to come out against the defendents. But I'm also keeping a keane ear for The Truth. Scroll on if you have a problem with my take on this case. That is what we all do; when we don't like or can't handle what we see. I don't believe the mother in this case. I'd like to.
