Hi from Australia!

Long time lurker, first time poster :)

Have there ever been cases of missing children in the US where LE/FBI have declared a child deceased & named a suspect/POI etc, for the child to then eventually be found alive and there was some other explanation for their disappearance?

Don’t get me wrong, I think LS is suss and guilty as hell but just wondering whether there have been cases where the missing/presumed deceased child was still in fact alive?
not sure but thought crosses my mind frequently when I'm in the bargaining phase.
It would be great if she had sold him for drug money or convenience.
I would love nothing better.

But I don't imagine LE would engage in a search of this magnitude without some substantial evidence of death.

It may be that the cadaver dogs signalled in house or her vehicle, strongly enough to leave little doubt.

It may be that a neighbour witnessed a substantial event and has provided a statement and or CCTV to LE.

So many possibilities, dumpster cameras my have merely shown her dumping a shape or a bag but she could have left other evidence around that site too..

TIMELINE UPDATED with info from the latest interviews with BioDad and MomLS.

MOOs
Watched MomLS's interview again this morning, and I'm still not buying it. I think GmaBJH talked MomLS into going public with "her side of the story" to try to drum up sympathy and get the protestors to leave them in peace, but I suspect this is only going to backfire on them.

MomLS's account of that morning (waking the kids up with her screaming 'Where's Quinton?', searching indoors and outdoors, screaming for help) doesn't align with SitterDM's account at all. There's only a half-hour gap between when SitterDM claimed she and her family were outside (where they can see Q's porch) at 8:30a and when she received the text at 9:00a, so to believe MomLS's account, we'd have to believe that her infant and 3-year-old both slept in until after 8:30a (kids that age usually don't -- especially if they usually head over to the babysitter's around 6a) AND that none of the neighbors noticed this frantic search??

IF she truly did think BioDad had snuck in and taken Q, there should be frantic texts and phone calls to him, demanding he return Q. IF she truly did think that Q had somehow snuck out and wandered off, she should have been pounding on neighbors' doors begging for them to help her look. I've seen/heard exactly ZERO evidence of either.
Thanks again for your work!!! Did we ever learn where the 2 boys slept? In their own playpens but in the same room? (yes I know there is another name/style for those playpens now). I don't remember hearing about that. Could be she kept Z closer to her, maybe more bonded with him over longer time, and Q in another room? Also I have seen non MSM photos showing that they slept upstairs, do we know if maybe LS/boyfriend slept upstairs? Anyone know about who slept where in the roomy house? Have any floor plans popped up?

You'd think that if there were stairs in the equation we'd know about it by now.

Great point!
Quinton might have had to do down a staircase or his dad would have to get into the house and up a staircase without anyone hearing them.
We know that story is a load of bull honky.

I completely agree. As a new mum myself, I honestly just can’t get my head around how a mother could do something like this to her child. This case has really gotten to me, I check multiple times a day for updates & am still holding on to a small sliver of hope that Q will be found alive

If we believe the boyfriend, he saw Q asleep. I believe that he saw something he thought was Q. As in most houses that aren't even with drug taking mothers, everyone always says "Don't wake the baby up!" Which is why I believe him, he glanced over, he was tiptoeing out the door to keep the 3 babies sleeping, IMO.

But this means that he had to pass Q, with the implication in my mind that he was off by himself, maybe even near the door and not with LS, the baby, Z, and the boyfriend normally together in one room. Otherwise, I'd think his story would be different, instead of what we've been told that he "saw Q", he would have said something like "I left all 4 of them together, both boys were asleep too".

LS implied that "the door" was in the same room as Q, maybe he slept in the living room? The door they debated as to whether or not he could open it. Was he sleeping near the back door and if so, does it go to the pool? Is that the door she is talking about that was open when she got up at 9? Sounds to me like she didn't sleep anywhere particularly near Q if she didn't notice a door near him was open.

I wonder if the boyfriend accessed his vehicle via the back door or the front door?

I believe the boyfriend, too.
While I understand that young ones wake up early, I think he saw blankets and tiptoes to not wake the kids when he gets ready for work.
We also don't know, in a dysfunctional household, what time kids are actually put to bed. They can tell us anything they want, that doesn't make it the truth.

The 2 boys might have just slept wherever they were when they got tired. Maybe he wasn't even in the playpen thing.

Agreed.
Thank you for all of the work on the timeline.
Whew !

There have been people who were more worried about a lost pet, than I've noticed in LS and BJH.
Dreadful.

I find it sad that none of the bio dads seemed to have custody ?
No one in the family responsible enough to look out for these littles ?

M00.
I have thought about that as well. But I wonder if BJH was providing LS the finances to go to court, it is possible the Bio Fathers couldn't step in financially. BJH does not seem Rich by any means, but seems well off enough to afford a lot that most could not. The Bio Fathers seemed to step right in once they could which tells me they must have wanted some contact, otherwise the state could have just taken the babies.

I agree.
It brings me to my questions about the possible time and circumstances of alleged murder and to who else was present during, before or after.

Yeah, I know what you mean. It crossed my mind to wonder if ditching a dead baby in a dumpster (allegedly) is against her probation parameters, or if she has to just refrain from stealing.
I'm frequently baffled at the level of haplessness that is wound around this awful murder.
I never saw this before.

Agreed.
I think the babysitter and maybe (former) friends saw massive red flags from LS' behavior ?

There's only so much a non family member can do, though.
Shame on anyone who knew the kids were in danger and knew what the parent was capable of, and did nothing.
Harsh, but that's how I see it.

Not just this case, but other cases where adult family members stood by and let a child suffer.
I'm thinking of the adult man (the uncle of the sperm donor) living in the house with the family of Adrian Jones who saw the abuse and did nothing.

I wish someone would have rescued Adrian and brought him to a hospital.
Don't we all wish we could save these innocent babies from their cruel abusers ? :(
