I love how when the defense attorney asks her a question and she says we've already covered that! :what: She's a piece of work. The atty doesn't miss a beat either.

It's odd to watch this long testimony with no objections on either side.

Although she is lying about the affair, imo, what else is there to convict other than her phone call to her father in law and friend saying Rusty was shot before she was notified? I hope there is more because it doesn't look too strong.

Haven't finished today's testimony yet, but LOVED when she stopped the defense attorney and requested from the judge she be referred to as MRS. Sneiderman. I love it!

I know! I couldn't believe she did that!!!

Also, when she says "sure" and "yep" --the judge gets SO irritated lol.

Oh, can you imagine how she must act in there? I hope the guards put her in her place.

I guess that's mean of me to say, but I picture her having treated people like crap her whole life.

BTW, earlier today right after her testimony the judge told her that she couldn't be in the court room, but later on I saw that she was back in there. How did she get permission to get back in?

I'm looking for it. I have read bits of transcripts. The little I have seen was pretty damning. When they were about to impeach some testimony of hers they had her step down so they could call another witness, then reserve the right to recall her, she had a FIT because she had to leave and would not be able to hear the testimony of the co-worker (who would testify to the affair). Also at one point as the defense referred to her as "Ms. Sneiderman" she snapped "Can you call me MRS. Sneiderman? Is there some rule against THAT??". I read she had snide remarks quite a bit on the stand.

Yes. She was INCREDULOUS that she had to leave the courtroom and stay OUT. It was like 'you DARE to tell me I have to leave?' type attitude. I was

Well I hope the State has proof of any of these allegations.

So far, AS is denying the affair (we all believe she is lying, but have NO proof whatsoever she is lying).

LE apparently assumes AS gave HN the info on the walking route behind their house, RS' schedule, etc. Where is the proof?

I hope the State has something substantial in their back pockets. I can't believe she'd be convicted based on a couple of phone calls where she is reported to have said RS has been shot. If I was on the jury, I wouldn't convict her based on the stuff she has testified to in HN's trial. I could convict her on her extreme obnoxiousness though.

IIRC, she was banned from the courthouse after her friend testified against her (can't think of the name at the moment). AS approched her, gave her a Judas Kiss and whispered nasty stuff in her ear.

That should come up pretty soon in the testimony (say, maybe Monday?).

IIRC AS hugged her and whispered,for what seemed like minutes,IN THE COURTROOM ,as the witness was leaving the stand and walking down the aisle to leave.

AS also approached other witnesses or this same witness ,in the hallway where they were waiting to testify,thus ,she was banned from the courthouse. I bet that didn't stop her,though.

If I had seen her behavior on a fictional TV show I would have said " no one acts like that ! Too unbelievable ."

I saw an interview with the prosecutors, they claim they have the proof that she had the affair.
They did not say what that proof was.
I'm still catching up on what they showed today on IS.
I do know that there are several witnesses who said they saw them kissing and holding hands and what have you.
There might be more emails between the two.
Do they have all the texts between them.

Also, what's the deal with her computer, the one Hemy took out of her office the day of the murder, he got the screen name and password from a relative of Andrea.
She lied and said Hemy got that from when he was standing behind her.

What did he do with the computer, that she could not do herself, or did not want to herself, and let him do what ever he did?????

What's the relevance?

Those telephone calls are VERY important, she swears up and down she did not know what had happened to her husband, yet she tells at least 3 people that he was shot.
How in the world can she know that!!!
Unless she knew that is what did happen, and it did.

Oh and the prosecution also has proof that Andrea gave Hemy Rusty's day schedule, and something about a path behind their home, for him to get away.
Who knows what Hemy has told the prosecution after he was convicted, and what proof he has.

I believe proof is sharing hotel room to start with.

She was initially banned from the courtroom, the prosecution asked she come bac in. We have seen that on tv. What is coming up next week is she is banned from the entire courthouse due to interfering in court with a witness who "betrayed" her

This is not Florida with the sunshine laws, and not much has yet leaked out as to what they have. The party has not even begun on this one. Next week bond hearing is part one of the rest of the trial story to be continued for a long time. This is local to me and 100% of folks I meet think she is guilty as heck!

Shout out to all the familiar faces from the FCA thread! Also following the Drew Peterson case at WS and that
appears to have spiraled out of contol this week. And they in the Peterson case have more objectios/sidebars than I have ever seen . As HHJP liked to say, they are pop tarts those jurors are!

I didn't know all that was why she was barred from courtroom. I thought it was b/c she was a witness and could be called back to the stand. Now her behavior when judge told her she had to leave courthouse after testifying is even MORE incredible. She really sees herself as "above it all", doesn't she????

I have only done adjoining rooms twice with a coworker. Wink wink...e when I was "dating" a single coworker and we had to get two rooms as would be a red flag to management if we only got one room. Therefore, only on the Colorado trip.would there be one room as Hemy did not need to turn in an expense report for that trip, but they diid for the others when travelling on business together. And from my experience in the corporate world, a bottle of wine at dinner with boss and subordinate is not unusual at all especially if one is at a director level. Did that most of the time at my job. That is before the economy sank and cost cutting mesures were put onto place when the company went into bankruptcy, lol! Bet it was due to all the expensed liquor bills!

Yep Abbie. The first time which IS has played she was barred due to being a witness, but prosecutors asked and won the request that she come back in as was a family member of victim. What we are referring to is what many of us know is coming next week! After she comes back in, she does something in court that then the judge bars her completely from the entire courthouse property for the rest of the trial!

IT IS MUST SEE TV, next week for what is coming! You will mot believe it if you have not seen it before! You cannot make this chit up!
