I don't think either she nor Hemy did much work at all. They just traveled and um, um, well you know.

I remember during the Hemy trial thinking that all they did was go to restaurants to eat. It was meal after meal etc.

Why can't she just turn off the drama for a while?

I think Shayna is one smart cookie. For her the drama may be her way of relaying to the jury that AS is guilty as charged. Shayna testified before at Hemi's trial and we saw how AS approached her in the courtroom as if Shayna was her very best friend but once outside the view of the jury AS became nasty to her to the point Shayna felt AS was threatening her and her family.

So why should Shayna feel this way towards AS in such a personal way, which she obviously does? First AS lied to Shayna about something Shayna felt was very important. Second AS was involving herself with a married man and putting her marriage in jeopardy. Third AS is now involved with the husband of one of AS's good friends who left his 6 1/2 month pregnant wife to be with AS. If I had been Shayna, or any of AS's "good" friends I would have been drilling my husband asking him if AS had ever hit on him. I believe this is very, very personal for Shayna and because she does know AS very well Shayna wants AS to pay for what she has done in destroying all these families. AS has left a trail of destruction behind her.

I also feel Shayna did a good job of handling that defense attorney by staring him down. She stood her ground. I say putting the drama aside......good for her. jmo

OK, I'm obsessed with the whole Dell situation. I found some documents filed in the civil suit. If you start with page 3, you'll learn a whole lot. Then, skim down to the Dell divorce papers. Yes, Mrs. Dell is named Wendy.

I found the blog page to support Andrea written by JD was interesting. He claims he pitched in to help Andrea and her parents, to cut the grass, change light bulbs because "who else was going to?" Changing a light bulb, really. Interesting. I hope this trial opens his eyes and holds them open with toothpicks. jmo

I cannot believe how much better she is looking. Does anyone else here think she may have had surgery? I am only seeing her in profile, but her nose was pretty big and not great looking in those tapes from Hemy's trial. Now, in profile at least, her nose looks more delicate.

Yes, she has lost weight, but that doesn't usually change a nose.

Older tapes also show her just beginning to show "jowls". In profile, I see no trace of these.

Also, I don't think I've ever seen a trial with this many poorly dressed witnesses. I'm surprised we haven't yet seen any flip-flops!

Because she has been on house arrest until recently I don't think it likely she has any procedures other than someone to do Botox or something similar.

Her entire demeanor and being is so not appealing to me that she could be MS. Georgia and I wouldn't see her beauty.

Now the person who is really looking like this entire situation has taken a toll on is AS's mother. Wow

Tipstaff: I agree, no surgery. I went online and found some clips of Andrea walking outside, coming to the courthouse, allowing a front view of her face. She still has the bad nose. She looks a lot better in profile.

I must salute the witnesses in this case. They have subjected themselves to heavy, sniping cross examination in order for the truth to come out. And despite the tears and the drama and the sniping, the witnesses held strong. I honestly can't see any of the "outsiders" having any motive to lie. Even the father, Mr. Sneiderman, who could have a reason to lie, came off as very credible to me. And his emails back him up.

As for Andrea's mother, while on one level I feel sorry for her - as I too felt some sympathy for Jackie Peterson and Cindy Anthony - I think she is misguidedly doing whatever she can to "protect" her daughter. Perhaps her appearance is a "wages of sin" thing.

As for the vile Andrea, emails and phone records are going to convict her. Don't you just love it? She was busy, busy, busy texting and calling Hemy Neuman - FROM THE DAYCARE CENTER on the morning of the murder! And then she erases the Blackberry from which she made these attempted contacts.

I'll tell you websleuthers, once again, I cannot fathom that today's murderers and their accomplices somehow think they can "explain things" when the cell phone records, the texts and the computer files are all hanging out there in cyberspace!
