Does anyone know....(I don't)....IF...when the LE arrived at the MH in response to the 911 call....did...R...ask the LE to search the neighborhood...WITH HIM..to look for Haleigh????
To help him look for her in the darkness....with a searchlight...and call out to her..???

My point is....How did R search for Haleigh ...OUTSIDE....after he got home that nite???
(The child COULD have been hiding nearby OUTSIDE and terrified to move.)..

If R ...KNEW ....Haleigh was NOT OUTSIDE...that would satisfy in my mind...he KNEW WHAT HAPPENED..and he didn't WANT TO TRY/ASSIST to search for her outside the MH ....with the LE there to help..

My understanding is when LE arrived he was so distraught he couldn't even talk to police..He wasn't capable of answering any questions..I do know he managed to show LE where he had hit the back door though... Guess he had to explain the cuts on his hand...JMO

I am really starting to think Ron has a serious mental illness.

Last night something hit me about the videos he is in.

I honestly feel he is acting in everyone one of them. Not that he is lying in all of them or anything but he is acting and in some he is even directing.

I know I have read something about people like this and what it is but I can not remember what. I think he has this play going all the time in his head and he just works the rest of the world into it.

It is strange how two people can see the same thing yet get completely different meanings. Every reason you gave for Ron not being involved made me think Ron was involved.

Anyway, I wanted to thank you for your post. I follow this case off and on, as life permits, and know I have missed some stuff, like Ron's attorney advising Ron to not take any more LDTs and to not talk to LE anymore. That still can work in my 'Ron not involved' theory to my satisfaction. I'm still trying to work out a 'Ron involved' theory that explains what things I think I know that at least makes sense to me.

What he is saying here is in the first part is thinking like a criminal. (you would put it in a ditch and if it was found anybody could have put it there) then he says he got his gun out of the culvert and took it home and cleaned it up.

So there was no proof it had ever been stolen.

No proof if it had been fired recently.

I maintain my stance.. Haleigh was shot and Ronald Cummings did it.....JMO

Who is the weakest link? In a bad episode of "Snapped" tonight, a group of people were all involved in a plot to kill a man, for an insurance policy, I guess. The wife failed a polygraph but wouldn't talk, told LE you'll have to prove it, so LE went after some of the other clowns to try to find the weakest link in the chain. Eventually they got at least one other to tell the story so they could convict all of some role.
Who, of Misty, Tommy, Ron, Joe, etc...is the weakest link that LE should appeal to, or does this case not apply, due to too many liars and too much to lose at this late date? I guess I would say Tommy...but at the same time, I don't believe anything he says, so not sure it matters.
Rambling again, that's what happens late at night or before coffee in the morning. Anyway, I wish we knew the results of all of the LD tests to date, who took them, when and what questions were failed. Not asking too much from the old Sunshine Law state, is it?

Wait a sec? I thought that Joe was the one who stole his gun the first time Ron met him. Then I thought that the gun was found in Tommy's culvert.

But he says,

I don't understand why he would describe Tommy's culvert as Joe's premises and why Joe would be the first to get in trouble for people finding stuff in Tommy's yard.

Is he implying that Tommy stole that gun after all?
Does he mention any names in this tape, or are the identities inferred?

I have wondered that myself. Sounds like Tommy stole it and hid it in the culvert--thinking if police find it there-anyone could have done it. But if they had found it, let's say in Tom's storage shed, then Tom would be immediately suspected. The more I think about it, the more it sounds like Tommy took the gun and was setting it up to blame Joe if the hiding place was found. Actually that kind of makes sense. Tommy is the one who kept stealing guns.

They were NOT right down the street at Tyler before the call. The Tyler comment on the dispatch was AFTER that same officer had been to Green Lane. She then went to Tyler to look for Haleigh there--probably due to finding out Misty's brother lived right down the street. FWIW most folks think Greenwood gave the wrong time of the call--he made several other mistakes on the same interview.

Exactly!! IMO ron left the crime scene to get to work. Thrust the gun at misty told her to where to put it. That way if the crime against Haleigh was found out before the "story" got put into play, then LE could "find" a gun in tommys yard, with misty's prints on it. Once they were straight on the kidnap story ron wanted his gun back and over thought the story to tell as to why it was in the culvert. IMO I also think ron is'nt saying jo did it as loudly as the others cause he knows he's the one who harmed Haleigh and he knows it would be wrong to put that on someone eles and he thinks he's being a man by going to prison for the drug charges. Though he's so not a man cause he's not admitting to what happened to Haleigh but in his head he's doing just that, paying the price.
I am getting so mad, once again, at all the games Haleigh's father has played to deflect attention away from locating his beautiful daughter. I just know, that if my child was missing I would spill every single bad thing I've ever done in about a minute of LE arriving just to get it out there and so that the real abductor could be found. If that makes sense.
For the longest time I thought that ron "accidently" hurt Haleigh, like while physically pushing and shoving w/ misty. I now think it was w/ this gun. It was before he went to work and I think it was closer to the sr. croslins place. I wonder if misty was going to babysit all the croslin kids at the sr. place so that some of them could go visit hank sr. in the hospital.? imo ron chased after misty, who was w/ chelsea to pick up the kids at the bus. ron was mad at misty and when they finally stopped the vehicles, I'll bet ron was pissed that joe, tommy or timmy would be defending misty. My only problem with this is... if ron struck the final blow or pulled the trigger why would the croslins cover for him?? So did ron take off and misty asked for their help w/ cleanup so then they would'nt tell on ron cause then they would also be charged? This is my only hangup w/ my ron did it theory. Maybe there were multiple guns involved that day and a big tussle with the whole group and maybe multiple gun shots so no one knows which gun hit her.??

Excellent post and I agree with most of what you have stated except what I have bolded..Ron C doesn't care who is implicated just as long as it isn't him.
And IF he isn't accusing anyone it isn't because he believes it would be wrong to do so...It's all self serving.. JMO

There is no evidence that Haliegh was shot and killed by a gun in her home.

There would be evidence of that and it wouldnt have taken 14 months to declare Haliegh's case a homicide either.
