That cobra tape with rc....I am confused. Does he say when this gun was discovered and when it was missing and when he turned it into LE. I am curious as to why he would turn the gun into FDLE...

Just thought of something.

What if:

Misty was so angry at Ronald she wanted to get back at him for hurting her.

She wanted to hurt him as bad as he hurt her. Now, how can someone "hurt" Ronald Cummings, well you take away his "heart". Who else would know which child Ronald had more of an attachment to? Why not Jr?

She convinces the people she was partying up with to help her out. Since they are all cracked out on drugs, they agree or some of them have reasons of their own for wanting to hurt Ronald or maybe Ronald owes them money?
So, who was she partying with?
WBG and Nay Nay? Where was Nay Nay's BF?

I think the EASIEST way to hurt rc is to take his money or his guns..

JR would be an obsession for rc, think about it, a little boy with his father's complete name. With rc's personality, jr wouldl be his complete ego. Not that he didn't love Haleigh...just different. I would think jr, in his mind, would be just like Dad and that is the way he wanted it...Haleigh was his heart; Jr was his soul..mo

Whisperer, do we know yet where RC was on Xmas day? He supposed went to talk to Haleigh. I thought that was a very stupid admission on the family's part.

Never heard where he went and LE can't trace him because he bought a new vehcile..

In retrospect, I guess he went to see misty and they went off together...IMO, rc does not do "alone."

Also cousin Jo's attorney stated he would not discuss the gun because its part of the investigation, so I suspect they are all lying about the gun...JMO

What is doing is bragging and explaining how he figured out where the gun was to cobra.

I would think they would want to take them in and see if any of them had been fired recently. They probably shot bullets through them all to have the bullets and casings in case a bullet or casing turned up with Haleigh. I bet they took them that first day.

His gun was stolen by Joe so to figure out what Joe did with it he had to think like a criminal.


So he figured Joe would not have have it in his possesion and he would hide it somewhere so if it was found nobody could say he was the one that had stolen it.

Completely different story then what Misty and Chelsea told. They said they found it.

I think this gun was stolen 3 days after Joe came to town, I am not sure when it was found.

What he is saying here is in the first part is thinking like a criminal. (you would put it in a ditch and if it was found anybody could have put it there) then he says he got his gun out of the culvert and took it home and cleaned it up.

So there was no proof it had ever been stolen.

No proof if it had been fired recently.

Doc, why does every single fact we have, have a totally opposite side? Frankly, I have never seen anything like this before go on as long as this has. They need some good psych people in there to deal with this. The FBI is astute at working with these types. I watched them with the Anthonys and LMAO.

I once worked with a psychologist who did groups with very mentally ill people.. He had a way of working with them that was so bizarre but I kinda got the point. He beleived the only way to reach them is to be more crazy then they. It works. They look at you and can see this is not working ike it should, it confuses and dazzles them and they become sane for a few moments.

Everything LE has done so far is predictable. These people know what to do with that. All the players involved appear to have severe personality disorders and a few seem to be walking around with Axis I's, though not psychotic. JO is not among this group I am referring to as I get the impression that there is something seriously wrong but need to have more information.

I want to know the real story about the gun and why rc distants himself from JO. He is not distancing himself in the cobra tape though....as far as suspicions.

The problem we have is misty. She mimics everything she hears and weaves it into a storyline that she think she knows personally. which in reality she has no idea or was never there when it happened. Some people know misty is ill and I think she has been protected her entire life by her parents, then chelsea and timmy, then rc. IMO, she is very ill and I don't think her lawyer is worried because he now knows how to defend her.

I'm going to try to listen to the tape again...*wish cobra would slow down and wish rc would learn how to announciate.*

Whisp, everything in your post speaks to me. Everything, except that Misty is ill and she has been protected by her parents, et al. How, why and when did her parents ever do anything for Misty. They were gypsies, nomads. I am not faulting anyone, I do not know the how HC/LC were rasied, however, I do know that their children did not know a "Father Knows Best" life, or a "Mayberry" life style.

And to think he or she would have the forethought to do all this before LE arrives when you have just discovered that there is not only a missing child, YOUR missing child is pretty telling to me. Out worrying about this gun yet not search your own neighborhood for our child...........WOW!

I am really starting to think Ron has a serious mental illness.

Last night something hit me about the videos he is in.

I honestly feel he is acting in everyone one of them. Not that he is lying in all of them or anything but he is acting and in some he is even directing.

I know I have read something about people like this and what it is but I can not remember what. I think he has this play going all the time in his head and he just works the rest of the world into it.

It is a major discrepancy in an important part of the case. Someone is lying...

Dr. F., Let's not forget everyone claiming to have picked-up Haleigh at the bus stop that evening.
Ron said he did and the neighbor and Misty said she did.

My point is....How did R search for Haleigh ...OUTSIDE....after he got home that nite???
(The child COULD have been hiding nearby OUTSIDE and terrified to move.)..

If R ...KNEW ....Haleigh was NOT OUTSIDE...that would satisfy in my mind...he KNEW WHAT HAPPENED..and he didn't WANT TO TRY/ASSIST to search for her outside the MH ....with the LE there to help..

Ronald Cummings is so angry with Misty he wants to get back at her... I highly suspect eventhough he is the one who is responsible for his daughter's death he blames Misty.... I have no problem believing his mindset believes this would have never happened if it weren't for her.... Haleigh would be alive if he hadn't been so angry with her...Problem with Ronald Cummings he can't accept any responsibility for his own out of control actions...It is always the other persons fault...IMHO Both he and his family set out to set up Misty and anyone else they could just as long as it wasn't him... JMO
