I'll admit my level of aggravation from this case is at ALERT level. I have always had my doubts about GGMS's story about coming over to the MH that evening with laundry. Unfortunately, LE took her story and timeline and ran with it as if it were validated in some way. Even our very own Astrology thread's readings are based upon LE's blind acceptance of GGMS's accounting of her trip to Ron's MH. This has really been eating at me because it is such an important event in this entire case. This event unfortunately is also used as the last time anyone saw a "live" Haleigh other than Misty (as one of the stories go). What if this entire event did not happen as GGMS stated? What then? LE's entire timeline is based upon this statement of GGMS. I don't know about y'all but I'm not comfortable with that and never have been.
The desperate actions on the part of Teresa Neves (Haleigh's paternal grandmother) to beg, plead and offer to pay Misty to show up to babysit Haleigh and Jr. seems suspect to me. I really would like to know what time this phone call occurred. I also would like to know if the dang AC man actually saw Haleigh or Misty or Ron or Teresa, for that matter. There is a lot riding on having Misty at that MH that evening. Too much riding on it actually. Tommy has admitted to lying about when he came over to the MH, maybe he didn't go over at all, who the heck knows. Maybe Haleigh was already dead in the MH when Misty arrived at the MH. Maybe Misty arrived much later than we know and was immediately drafted by TN to protect Ron's butt and help with the cleanup. Misty being in love and all decided that she would do whatever to protect Ron from going to prison for the death of his daughter. Maybe she was told by Teresa that Haleigh's death was a tragic accident. I just do not believe that Tommy and Joe were involved in anyway in Haleigh's death. I also do not believe that Haleigh's disposal was left up to the three stooges. I believe that the Cumming's family took care of their own. She is somewhere buried in a peaceful [/B]place. I just can not see the Cummings allowing someone who does not love or care for her to just throw her in the river. I will never believe this. However, I do believe that Ron's relatives (including maybe father, uncles, and others) have threatened Misty's father and mother and the rest of her family, including her if the secret ever gets out. If Tommy and Joe were recruited to help with the disposal of drugs, guns or anything else, it was under threat of the Cummings. JMO.
