I will call and call and call and then I will finish with a hateful voice mail followed by turning off my cel phone. That way if he tries to finally call me back, he rolls straight to MY voice mail. LOL. I know, I really am very mature and responsible in all other facets of my life. But no one and I mean NO one can get me riled like my hubby.

On Ron being at work. Did they have a video of him at work the entire shift? Was anyone else on site with him the entire shift? Did the machine he worked on that night have a timer on it. Has the property surrounding his work site been checked out? Just random thoughts here.

I just posted these questions in the 'question thread'. But, I thought since we were talking about the phones I would bring it here too:

WHO was paying for MC's cell phone? I betcha it was a "disposable" - I say that because no one in this circus makes enough to pay for a "plan" or contract. LC and HC don't have cells right now (at least I don't think so - and if they do they are probably disposables too, all the talk about "needing minutes").

There is only ONE phone number listed on the LE report. Probably RC's cell. I don't think TN or ggms would pay to "add MC" to their plans. Maybe RC - but its still money and just paying for "minutes" is cheaper and a better way to "stay in control" of someone - KWIM?

So, I'm thinknig MC's phone was "kinda like the lost 'blackjack' " and has not resurfaced. Again, WHO was paying for MC's cell, did LE do a forensic investigation of THAT phone, did LE even FIND THAT phone, WHY were there not TWO phone numbers listed on that LE report (both MC and RC should have had each of their phones in their respective hands - calling 911, calling TN, etc).

Im not sure which call it was, but I remember Misty asking her mother to get her phone and her camera she left in Tinas car. She mentioned it was a prepaid phone & her parents could use it until the minutes ran out.

What did the A/C guy say? Didn't Misty say she was outside with the kids and maybe with Tommy and his kids when the A/C guy was there?

In the above video that I posted Greenwood would not go into details about who saw Haleigh in the evening, but he claps his hands together and says" we have confirmation" that someone saw her earlier in the evening. In my opinion there are a few someone's who saw Haleigh after 5 pm and LE is not releasing the names of those critical witnesses. JMO

Thanks for posting that video, Elle. Just a few things I wanted to point out. Lt. Greenwood first says that they are interested in the WHOLE evening...he then goes on to say that they were focusing on anytime after 7p....and that was due to the grandmother seeing Haleigh around 7p....IMO, they were going off grandma's word that she had been there and that's why the timeline started then.....Lt.Greenwood also said that it was the paternal Grandmother...Ms.Neves that was there that evening. Then, when asked if Ms. Neves (the grandmother there that evening) was at the house?? Lt. Greenwood said "I'm really not sure..I can't go into details." he then says that there was confirmation out there that SOMEBODY saw her EARLIER that evening....it sounds to me like they were starting the timeline at 7pm because of Grandma's (TN/GMS:waitasec so called visit...It doesn't sound like he is convinced that the grandmother was there either and because of that he "couldn't go into details". When Lt. Greenwood says "but we have confirmation that Haleigh was seen earlier that evening".....I think he is referring to the A/C guy, who was there around 5p. JMO though

The reporter supplied the name "Neves"He just agreed," When asked if Neves was in the home that night, he replied he wasn't sure, and I don't think he was sure.

I think we agree on the AC man. he was in the home around 5, and I think he saw Haleigh.

But Ron didn't "get off" until 3:00 and we know that he was on the 911 call...so what gives? And if the call they released was a second call, then who made the first and what could possibly be in it that they don't want released? And if what we have is the second call, the story Ron and Misty give sure does not make sense because they make it sound like they JUST found her missing..................I think I just confused myself. :blushing:

Ron has already given up any person that he knows about who ever supplied them with drugs. The way the area has been saturated with arrests lately for oxy's, he's been talking. One thing we can always depend on is ron turning anyone in who could make him look bad. The other person involved will always pay somehow, someway.....he is a snitch...period.

He knows something about what happened to Haleigh and is trying to cut a deal about that. He has to wait and see what tommy and misty do in order to gage his next move. He is crafty....always has been. I read the custody file and saw how he operates. He is trying to wait out the State and see if they press charges against tommy and misty. This trick of his is going to hold up any filing of any charges to T&M about Haleigh, in my opinion.

Yes, LE said they were "satisfied" with Ron's alibi and imo they are also satisfied with the people who gave statements to LE who saw Haleigh after Ron went to work.

So LE is "satisfied" with Ron's alibi and Haliegh was seen later in the day after he had gone to work and she was very much alive when picked up from school before then.

LE said that they were satisfied with the information they received from Ron's employer regarding his work hours. That is not the same as saying they are "satisfied" with Ron's alibi. We have no idea what information Ron's employer gave.

We only know that LE is satisfied and have no doubt that Ron's company provide all the information they could in reply to LE's request for information.

The fact that LE did not come out and publically clear Ron after they were "satisfied" with the info from Ron's employer says that they still have questions. Just not questions from Ron's employer.

I've said this before but I have NEVER seen a missing child case where we have not heard from any neighbors or any of Haleigh's friends. The only ones that are talking are people related to the family.

I never saw or heard the FEAR. All other missing chidlren casese, there is fear that it could happen to another child. I never heard anyone talk about not letting their kids out of site or being afraid at night. I never saw the support of neighbors or the town like other missing kid cases.

IMO, the minute I heard the 911 call, I did not believe Haleigh was ever missing. The minute I heard "I was at work" I thought "yes but what happened before you went to work." I never moved from this being a cover up because no one unrelated to Haleigh showed FEAR.

tommy has pieced together a bunch of events, he sits in jail on drug charges and decides he is invovled but not completely knowingly, drug addict too out of it, fear and threats yada yada doesn't matter Yet, takes his LDT and then has his 'come to Jesus moment' in the ensuing conversations w/ LE tommy is able to tell them something is in the St. John's River and exactly what that has to do with the price of tomatoes, LE finds what they went looking for, it's been sent to labs for testing and they know now it's what they need to make arrests in HaLeigh's case. tommy's deal includes a gaurantee ronald will not get out of jail for his drug charges so ronald's case comes up first, no deal and a new court date is scheduled today, tommy scheduled later in the day and now he and LE are finalizing his deal and he's got to get a bail set for his theft charge and LP is there doing paperwork and tommy bonds out for a late dinner with his stbx wife. Then, NG breaks this news in a bombshell tonight with real guest star Jeff Hardy, who tells us all exactly what happened the ill-fated night. We the people range from shocked to jubilant that justice can finally be served for HaLeigh!

They have no reason to come out and publicly clear Ron. He has never been named as a suspect or a POI.

I don't think so. They did not say that at all. They didn't just take the word of his employer. I have no doubt they interviewed everyone that was on duty with Ron that night. And imo a security tape was turned over to LE showing the entire PDM work yard on that night and shift.

"Satisfied" is to remove all doubt and I believe LE is very satisfied that Ron is not a part of Haleigh's case other than being her daddy. Haleigh was seen before he went to work and she was seen after he went to work.

The last one that Haleigh saw IMO was Joe Overstreet.

I just do not know what thread to put this on, but I just have to say it. I do not want Ronald in the courtroom when Misty or Tommy goes to court. In fact, IMO, he should not have been in the courtroom when Hope was sentenced. He was there to be a character witness for Hope? That is absolutely ridiculous, in my opinion, that anyone could possibly think he could be a character witness for anyone else due to his own character.

Ronald's presence at Misty or Tommy's court date could be unspoken, visual intimidation, IMO. Ronald still considers himself a VIP and I am sick of it. Ronald is a common, ordinary, everyday criminal. I just do not know to what degree.

I do not want to see Ronald Cummings get any sort of deal, period. Sentence him according to the sentencing guidlines - he has gotton off far too many times in the past.
Just needed to get this off my chest. I am done now.

I can't sleep tonight so have been awake thinking about this case...am wondering why, if Ron and the Cummings family is innocent of all wrong-doing and guilty knowledge of Haleigh's death, they are not constantly talking about Haleigh, trying to organize searches, (at least up until last month when maybe LE took that over), holding vigils, passing out flyers, etc...why would they all just huddle up and appear to have to circled the wagons and battened down the hatches? Why isn't RC contacting the media all the time even from jail, to make sure Haleigh's name is front and center, begging for info, trying to arrange a new reward fund, something? I just don't beleive they can be totally innocent, by their actions and lack of actions...i am not talking about the short time since LE determined she is dead, but the entire past year...
