IIRC he first stated he would rather not say.. The interview is on youtube or at least it was at one time.. I haven't check for it lately.. It was right after he, Misty, TN and Crystal returned from New York.

It could be that maybe, in the beginning, an accident did happen to Haleigh while the kids were left alone and she died. The family was afraid they would lose Jr. because of neglect. They thought they could convince LE that it was, in fact, a stranger abduction, no one would ever be the wiser; they would keep Jr. with no repercusions. Case closed.
Then when holes in their stories started popping up, more lies to cover for other lies, etc, it just got out of hand. It had all grown so big and more and more people involved, they started to realize that they had dug an even bigger hole, and would lose Jr. anyway, Ron would probably still go to jail, and all the others in the family who lied and helped cover up the "accident" would also go to jail too, which could involve the whole family, as well as the Croslin family...Then along came the drug bust to complicate things even more. Now they are just leaving well enough alone rather than add on even more charges for even more family members. I don't know...just thinking out loud again...

The only thing I can think of that could be so serious these people would want to cover up is another murder by someone in the family. And this could involve guns and would explain the gun connection here. I don't know much about Ron's dad and uncle Donald. Just speculating here... Will go back and read old posts about these 2. I also want to go back and look at all the gun stories again. I really believe this is a big piece to this case.

I have never stated I thought Chelsea was the perp. I have never stated I thought a Croslin was the perp.. However I do believe Chelsea knew/knows more than she originally claims she knew/knows..JMHO

I think the perp is a Cummings family member, and I think that whole family knows everything. I think the Croslins were set up to look like the guilty ones, but I do think they know more that they have told LE, and definitely more that we do. I also think that what the Croslins weren't sure of in the beginning, they have some good guesses at this point. JMO

Ron threatens, bullies, intimidates people with his guns. He carries one w/him in the car; according to CJones, he helped a guy out of the mud; then demanded money, when the man said, "No", ron shot the dirt around his feet. Every encounter we know with ron, he is talking about guns, placing a gun in his mouth or threatening death to others or even himself. He treatens to put the barrel in people's mouths. Amber and Crystal spoke of ron playing Russin Roulette. Some of his arrests involve guns & he lied flat-out to LE about it. He told them he ditched his gun but LE couldn't find it. Yep, Ron is gun-crazy. His Uncle Donnie had the gun in his possessin. Now there's a family for ya! Rc, his uncle and aunt hunted illegally on private property killind deer and leaving it.

YET, when he arrives home and his daughter is missing, he does NOT get his gun and look around the premises for her. Nope, he is observed standing/sitting in front of his house. Why at the most crucial time of his life was he not armed looking for Haleigh? I find this completely mind-boggeling.

So did rc have a gun when Haleigh disappeared that night? Or was it taken from him because he was acting crazy and threatening people that day or the day before? Where was his gun/s when LE arrived?

Strange how he told Cobra he "retrieved" his piece in the culvert and cleaned it and gave it to LE. That tells me LE asked for the 9mm and ron or the Croslins had already hidden the gun. BUT was rc telling the truth? Ron is a compulsive liar, so anything he says has to be scrutinized.

I say when he told the dispatcher he wasn't afraid of jail that night, he knew he was going to get there for something he did; not for a future act.

And, was that not the house the other 911 call came from. Why has that call never been talked about? And just a few minutes b4 the call from Green Ln. And they're not related???? My bet is they are very related in some kind of way!

What other 911 call? From the Magnolia address? So, if I understand this right, this night netted a 911 call from Magnolia, Green lane AND Tyler all in that same night to the PCSO? Misty is at Green Lane, Tommy is at Tyler and both of their parents are at Magnolia and there's no correlation there? Uh, uh....I don't think so.......that's just waaayyyy too much of a coincidence for it not to be suspicious. Whoa......that just blows me away!

"Do you have something you want to tell me?" or something close to that.

Yep, one of the many misguided investigatory procedures in this case was not searching Magnolia address at the onset. Actually I've never heard that it has EVER been searched.

In the phone call visit between TN and RC, she asked if he had something he wanted to tell her...well, he acted like he did but he steered her off the subject because whatever he wanted to say he didn't want recorded. I believe it was during that same call that TN said something about Ron having put "that witch" behind bars when LE couldn't. And she said something like, "They should let you out for helping them."

I really think TN was not expecting Ron to be arrested on any serious charge no matter what he did. And when he was arrested for trafficking I think she thought he was not really going to be held, that he had helped LE and that they would soon be letting him out. That's how her words to him struck me, anyway.

i too saw Linda Frank in one of the videos of the balloon release in August of 2010.. You are correct..Linda Frank was on the scene passing out balloons. Apparently she is very close to some of the members of the Cummings/Neves/Sykes Clan.

To my knowledge LE has never mentioned any calls coming from the Magnolia Street address where Hank Sr. and Lisa lived, however I do recall AH revealing Ron C called Tommy over at his parent's house..JMHO

I'm so sorry, Baz, to cause confusion. I had the Tyler address mixed up with the Magnolia address. There were only 2 calls, from Tyler first, around 2am, then the one at Green Lane. I'm so sorry. :doh:

That Linda F just interjected herself into this story. She claims Haleigh is her family, and she is NOT. Its just too weird for words. She will do ANYTHING to be in good graces with the Annette and has been doing a lot of work for the family, online, and in person. Just another person with an agenda.

It's been a while since I've heard these two mentioned, and I am not sure I remember JB's last name. However, if I have guessed correctly, I suggest taking a look at his docket of 1/8/2009.

It's weird though...the case is closed but I can't see by the docket how it was closed. I see a trial date listed, then nothing after that but depo notifications, etc. No trial. No plea bargain. Maybe it's all there and I am just missing it?

Yes Em, Linda F has a brother I believe that works for PCSO. I saw his name the other day somewhere and now I can't find it. Will post if I find it again.

Found it.

It's on John B's court docket. It's his 1/8/09 docket (there are many). If you scroll down, you will see Sgt. Frank's name, a subpoena was issued for court.
