So the police had no problem working on the murder of a deer actually got a confession and all in one day but a child is still missing? This case gets curiouser and curiouser.
Poor HaLeigh too bad she was not on posted land I guess.

I have a feeling it could be so.
There was a missing man in FL for years and I mean decades near me. He was from up north.

His family was actively looking for him. He wore leg braces so his body would have been easy to identify even after years.

Just a few years ago his body showed up just off the road on posted land.

I have always believed someone died and made it safe for his body to be suddenly found.
The land may be posted but as you see certain people still hunt there. That may be a give away to the body if anyone is truly interested in it turning up. Where are all the known suspects hunting these days?

Hummmmmmmmm I think that is very plausible. It does sound like Hope on the 911 call and she is sitting in prison right along with Ron, Misty and Tommy. She could have been the standin babysitter after Misty was ran off. It would indeed be interesting if we knew what phone calls transpired that night on Hope and her mother's phone as well.

Wasn't Hope working as an exotic dancer during this period of time? It would be interesting to know what her hours/shifts were. It would also be interesting to know TN & GGMS whereabouts, but I doubt we ever will. Why is that do you suppose? WHY CAN'T WE FIND OUT WHERE THEY WERE THAT AFTERNOON AND NIGHT?

Something fishy, dirty and rotten down there, and there are higher-ups caught up it it!!

If, what TN's profession was really that (as pointed out on other websites,) I can see why alot of these "higher-ups" may not want this case to be solved.

There are huge HURRICANE warnings here in Central Florida today.
I pray Haleigh's body will be found by the rain & winds.

My personal opinion is that Haleigh died by accident while in the bedroom watching videos. Misty had even said that Haleigh would climb up on the computer table to reset the movie again.

More than anything, Misty wanted to be the perfect girlfriend/babysitter for Ronald. She would lose Ronald to this knowledge. She made it about an abduction. With the help of her brothers...Big mistake.

Haleigh was originally placed in the dumpster & then moved.

I BELIEVE Ronald and Misty drove south 3.5 hours / 3 weeks later to dispose of Haleigh's body along the way.

Ron is driving an unknown black pick up truck. He is quite high & angry.
But, Misty is nowhere in sight. Ronald wants his MEMORIAL tattoos for free...not.

It seems to me they both deposited Haleigh's body a distance from his home.

(And....When did Ronald get the very large "HALEIGH" on his back?")

(Who's black SUV were they driving?)

Soooo....An accident gone wrong.
Others interested in their almighty drugs/usage.

Haleigh at this point was becoming a liabilty towards Ronald Cummings, via DCF, and Haleighs school. In fact if she was to miss any more school, he would be in trouble. A PROVABLE accident that would be confirmed would be written off as a terrible accident that happened because of something Haleigh did to herself, Ronald would not have anything to hide, he even lost a child in his custody and retained custody of his son, so I think whatever happened was something an autopsy would show a criminal element of some sort, and thats why she could not be found.

So ron and his uncle and aunt go out killing deer just for fun. WTH. Gma Sykes had a red jeep in Feb09. That may have been the car she traded for the new one she bought on 2/28/09. This truly sickens me.

I have not neglected the address on these documents either.....hmmm.

It was ron and amber living on Rita Lane during 07. TN was w/jeff in Fruitland Park.

RC has no respect for anyone or anything. This wasn't the first time he was caught trespassing and killing animals. If ron did indeed hide Haleigh, it opens up a whole new can of worms.

But now we have other places that ron liked to go...with his aunt and uncle. Didn't Misty say there was a bear on the wall during that LVA at aunt Elisa's house?

The amount of guns these people possess is alarming. Did everyone catch the part where ron lied to LE AGAIN..by saying he ditched the gun out there?

Sisco Rd is a dirt road near a tree farm. This is where rc was arrested. Uncle Donnie seems to enjoy his nephews company..a little too much.

The lies sure do roll off rc's tongue. He is a master liar. He is way ahead of misty in the lying department. These two together were the perfect storm. Two conniving, drug addicted people with no boundaries..who only think of themselves. Rc was attempting to improve misty's lying abilities..as I recall. He said as much when he reported to TM. He wanted to see how well she can lie..OMG!

LE had to be targeting rc along w/misty from the very beginning. Anyone who knows the case and thinks that they weren't target rc, keeps fairy dust bottled up on their kitchen shelf.

Okay, I am convinced ron and misty are in this together. I based my belief on the 911 call, the first interview on tv. Through Statement Analysis, I can place both of these involved in Haleigh's disappearance because of words they used.

Both r & m have spoken of Haleigh in the past tense right from the start. Ron said Haleigh was the most well-behaved child he ever HAD Misty said she loved that girl like she was her own. Ron said he would give his life for his child's life back...realized what he just said and fell to ground for diversion and drama.

Neither have ever questioned how that door got opened when it was deadbolted and there was no sign of forced entry. Shockingly, they both insisted a stranger broke in. Why no questons or concern about that door? As I state before Marie Griffis says, "How did that door get opened when it was deadbolted and there no signs of forced entry?" Then she says "It had to be opened from the inside". Nice to know logic is thriving on one side of the family.


The usage of past tense by both of these parties at the very start is alarming. They both most likely failed the police poly. Misty's 911 call was not believable. Ron trying to explain how Haliegh was sitting on his lap while steering the car home that day went into too much detail. He was lying and may have been providing a reason for Haleigh's hair, fibers or w/e being on his jumpsuit.

He was making his story fit the timeline of LE. Funny how rc wouldn't mention any time except 3:23 (because that was verified). When he spoke w/Cobra and told him LE wanted to know wht took him so long getting home from work. He describes leaving work using the phrase, "I left work at such and such a time"..

Now Sheriff Hardy said several people are involved. Several means more than two. Pretty obvious LEl has nailed the other one as "Tommy". Tommy, misty and ron (pretty sure) all failed the poly. Joe refused. There are so many possible suspects in this case that it is a true case of who-done-it, all courtesy of the Putnam County Sheriff's Dept that insist this is still under investigation. I hope so.

Whisp- if you don't mind, could you tell me what you think happened to HaLeigh? If you think she was locked in the MH by herself with JR, do you think she got into the drugs and OD? Or do you think she fell or something and had a closed head injury?

Also, do you think it was AS who found her at that 7-7:30-8:00pm trip to bring clothes over to the MH?

I have been hanging onto this one since the beginning....JMO
