Someone tried to tell me that it was pings from two towers close to his work. I still don't understand two pings and all those calls that have been talked about. You're right, two pings during all those mystery hours is as much proof he was there all night, as AS or was TN's statement that someone saw Misty there so she was at home all night.

Above BBM.. Whomever told you the 2 pings were from towers close to his work is correct.. Here's the statement per Investigator/LE[with emphasis on the portion BBM below]

She had just turned 17 and had moved in with Ron when she was 16. That's too young for somebody like Misty to be taking care of 2 kids... one not much more than a baby and the other one sick with special needs. Sorry, but IMO, Misty shouldn't have been there. And IMO, her age is a factor. One of the main reasons I think so is because of Ron's age. If this had been a case of 2 teenagers, I might feel differently, but he was a grown man who chose to move somebody like Misty in. Yes, her parents are at fault too, but Ron's kids were his responsibility, not theirs. Art Harris ran the immunity story based on information from his sources and I have no reason to not believe them. All MOO.

Woman have been becoming mothers younger than Misty forever. She should not have been there but she was, and she keeps lying for whatever reasons. She has the capacity to tell the truth. jmo

And Art Is truly one of the only ones consistently even reporting on little Haleigh.. 2 and a half years into her having seemingly vanished..

How difficult would it have been that someone reliable stated that it appears that Ron worked xx:xx xx to xx:xx xx.

As far as telephone pings, it might prove one where one of Ron's phones were, but still haven't seen it even stated that all xx calls were made from one phone that pinged at/near his work area. Even that would not prove who else might be there.

Has anyone searched behind Ron's work area for his daughter?

But that does not mean it hasn't been, I don't think we would ever know unless told, as far as we know, thats why the LE was there that day at PDM. I dont think anyone expected Ron to come in and rage out that he wasn't able to work anymore, because at that point he had mega donations rolling in and didn't want to, imo, he used Haleighs death as a reason he probably would never be able to work again. At least with his daughter being gone he had a legit reason for being on drugs all the time. But if he caused it and used her for all his woe is me excuses, it just takes him to a sicker level on the psychopath scale, imo.

Are you saying you think thats when they may have searched?.IF so then it took LE two months to go out there and search the premises.. Not acceptable IMO..JMHO

I have faith the LE know that Haleigh is not on PDM property and more than likely died long before Ronald even had a shift that day and was placed somewhere else. I have faith!

My main problem with LE is how hard they've been on Misty. called her the key and relentlessly hounded her. I just wanted them to cut her some slack, because of her age and life circumstances. Well, if this reported immunity offer is true, LE DID try to cut her some slack. Maybe when it's all said and done, they 'get' that her being in that house and playing mommy wasn't her doing. If the offer is true, I hope for Misty's sake that the reason she didn't take it is because she's not the perp. But if she is the perp, LE knows it. She took enough tests to determine that much. MOO.

I still find it hard to believe that Misty could hold up to all of the scrutiny and questioning, being made to get sober in prison and getting a 25-yr sentence if she had some info worth telling. Either she doesn't remember what the H happened that night, or she is protecting herself. I don't believe she would be protecting anyone else at this point. Failing the LD tests could be due to not remembering, drug use, or just a bad subject for LD tests. She is young and not very advanced for her age, at that, and it takes a pretty tough criminal to be able to hold off LE for two years, in my opinion.

Because I have posted a few times lately that I think she did not go to school that day, I need more of an eyewitness than Chelsea Croslin to back that up. Or if she was there, it was not for long.

I've said it before and I'll say it again... IF she wasn't in school on Monday February 9th ALL LE involved with investigating this case needs to be fired on the spot and then run out of town...JMHO

I've actually considered this..but I believe the bus stop witnesses and they said Haleigh got off the bus after school and Misty picked her. In his interview with Art Harris, he talked about being interviewed by LE and I think the FBI & according to him, they seemed to believe him. There's been some talk , that LE has stated that Ron picked Haleigh up. Has the witness been discredited? because if he has, that changes everything.MOO.

Dodie, are you referring to J Santos? If you are, to my knowledge, no one has come forward and discredited the story he claims he told to LE in his interview with AH.. I haven't heard LE say he was not telling the truth and I haven't heard Ron C or anyone in the Cummings/Neves/Sykes clan contradict Santos' claim to AH..

Em, I think they were all so strung out on drugs they didn't know if they were at a bus stop or in the Kentucky Derby. Poor little Haleigh.

If the LE truly thought Misty had killed Haleigh and disposed of her, they would not offer her immunity. The LE know Ronald is behind all of this and she is covering, they have known since they both failed their lie detectors, imo.

Anyways, its only Art Harris who says LE offered her immunity, and I need confirmation from them to consider that a factor with her.

I talked to sources right after Misty's sentencing and I was told that LE had a meeting with Misty and she refused to talk in this meeting and LE was very upset.

So I am inclined to believe Art's reporting.
