Secretly, deliciously thrilled that everyone is seeing his "work" and secretly, deliciously thrilled with the reactions of everyone. Somewhat terrified that NOW he'll be outed, but when he wasn't - very, very pleased with himself. Yep, I feel sure RH was there gawking with other Long Islanders as the bodies were discovered. I've been wondering if a lot of photos don't remain from those days to scan for him in the crowd.
I guess he called the documentary maker about the fake suspect from the aquarium because he was upset about the lack of media attention for his crimes. RH wanted to be caught and wanted his face on the news.

It could be as easy as the grocery store where the employee said the wife shopped for years and years offered to deliver their groceries once a week for a month - they don't have to donate the groceries, just drive them to the house. It doesn't need to complicated, imo. She doesn't need to be housebound, but I myself would want to lay low until at least the press moves on to something else. If there is nothing to report at the house, the press won't stick around. But watching the wife walk to the grocery store is a photo op - so starve them of that opportunity for awhile.

Right, I wasn't talking about donating the groceries, just making it easier for her to carry more at a time. My grandmother had a little cart that was kind of like a dolly with baskets for groceries and I just got one through my product testing that is for garden or groceries or whatever with heavy duty wheels for mixed terrain. That way she doesn't have to go out as often. But I know she herself has mobility issues, so maybe the cart would be too much for her to carry. I have issues like that myself, but I live in the boonies, I can't even get to the store anymore if I try to walk but I'm at the bottom of a huge hill. So I understand not being able to get all the groceries at once or having to go out multiple times a week just to get the basics. It's an already hard situation made harder by people lurking everywhere to grab pictures and videos of this poor family. It's stressful and confusing and disheartening for these poor people. -IMO

But I do agree that delivery would be the most charitable and viable option. I agree that starving the paparazzi is the best option here. I just wish it was a non-issue. I wasn't caught up so I didn't want to reply to messages so far back when people were talking about their privacy. People mentioned that if no money was made, if people didn't pay attention then it would die off. But the problem is the paparazzi and others like them, they will always push to the ultimate boundaries because the news and tabloids will always pay for those videos and pictures. It has to stop at their level.

The family absolutely deserves peace, time, and to heal from this. Unfortunately, the healing may not come until after trial and all the hoopla is done because how can they really move on until it's 'done'? Which let's face it, is it really ever? But the fact that they are pestering a family with a special needs child is despicable and beyond contemptible. People should be ashamed. But they figure, most likely that it's a kind of collateral damage, that whether they knew or not, they're associated, so that makes them part of the 'circus'. It isn't fair or right for them.

But this is my opinion, would we know or be speculating as much if we didn't know what we know about the family as well? How the family lived, the fact that they aren't involved. Think of the fact that we have discussed here how she has reacted, what she's done since, how she is managing now. We're even discussing her now with the way the house is in disarray etc. So in a way, as intrusive and awful as they are, and granted, we don't need pictures to go with them but those articles do provide a bit of insight into the entire picture so that we can sympathize but also make more deductions about the alleged killer, her husband. It really is a double edged sword here. In my very very humble opinion

(And I'm very sorry if anything I say isn't allowed. I have been making mistakes in my posts and I apologize profusely for it)

Just read this article, guess they're closing avenues to other crime locations we've been speculating about. I'm glad they're considering all the scenes like SC and NV as well. But it would be nice to be a fly on the wall to know what's really going on. But I'm sure we won't really know until after and all the documentaries and specials come out. There's just so much that can't be released during an active investigation.

I did read a similar article on another platform that also mentioned that he was brought forth as a murder suspect leaving the house of a victim 13 years ago. I understand not having enough evidence etc. but what was done then? Was it just brushed off? Dismissed? How is it this man was allowed to hunt and continue to kill for another decade? I mean sheesh. I get circumstances but this is almost Dahmer and Bundy level mistakes having a killer practically handed to you and flubbing it for one reason or another but again I do understand do process and law enforcement having their hands tied without enough evidence etc, but why not make him at least a person of interest and try to surveil him a little and then make the call that he wasn't a suspect? (Though obviously he was)

Lead police agency was involved with enormous corruption and prevented FBI from assisting.

They really don’t HAVE to leave the house if they don’t want to, as far as groceries and necessities. There is a stop n shop down the block that delivers, whole foods and we have every food delivery option for every restaurant/fast food. Hopefully the press will get bored and move on.

I have a stupid question. And I say it's stupid because I'm sure it's been said somewhere and I've missed it in all my readings etc. Why are they called the Gilgo Four if there's only 3 victims? I'm catching up on a final article that's popped up just on my computer's breaking news and other articles. (Final as in for today, obviously not for the case)

I know over the country there have been quite a few victims like this and only 3 tied to RH so far. This might be a complicated question as well as a stupid one, I apologize again.

He hasn't been charged yet for the fourth victim, but he's the primary suspect. The four were found near each other on Gilgo Beach. The charges for the fourth victim are expected.

There may be a link between Jessica Taylor (LI) Jodie Brewer and Misty Marie Saens (LV). All three were dismembered and deposited at different sites, their torsos were covered in plastic too. Two of them went missing in 2003 (Mar + July), one in 2005 (May)
Hopefuly ,once Rex is hung out to dry , we can put those Manorville Victims in a stable place and figure that out . I just am not sure that Rex isnt involved in those other cases but it does seems clear if it was him his MO changed , so much that the crimes do not look like the other ones, which I really believe could happen over a 40 year killing spree.
Shannon mentioned Jones Beach in her 911 call, which I thought was interesting in relation to her being freaked out and thinking Mike set her up. Were there rumors amoung the sex workers working out of AC about Jones Beach? I remember gooogling through bad date post in the area but nothing stood out to me .
Jessica wants her murder solved ,she had to be found twice ,I have this feeling about dog hair they were hoping to find at Rex's but didnt.
Anyway I had one time heard that JT had lived in Orange county VA during her high school years does anyone have any notes on this?

Being as they took her fridge and freezer ,she probably isnt prepared to even cook at home ,not seen reports about things going back in so as far as I know .
This link mentions these items being taken.
