Unusual for a witness to be recalled as often as Det. Flores has been. Reminds me of CA's trial. These AZ courts are lax in so many ways. Interesting.

Absolutely anything that Jodi pawned would have been discovered. Pawn shops are required legally to send a record of all pawns, names, etc. to be given to law enforcement for checks on stolen/wanted.

Since I'm new to following this crme, WAS she working?
She had moved to Mesa to be near him, right? Did she work then?
And when she moved to live with g/parents, any job? Yreka is small.

How did she support herself?
Well, she worked at a non-existent Margaritaville. ;)

Seriously...she worked at Casa Ramos, a Mexican restaurant; had herself working for Pre-Paid Legal (same company as Travis) on her Myspace; and fancied herself a professional photographer too.

same caliber of gun

Been watching JA to much, guess I'm starting to make up stories lol.

For some reason thought they matched the bullets from stolen gun to one used on TA :waitasec:

I don't think it is unusual

they have to follow the flow of the case and he was involved in many different stages and different areas.

Dang-Jodi is all wide eyed and bushy tailed today-especially when the camera is on her.

You can see the arrogance on her face though. She doesn't change her facial expression at all. She has merely a blank faced, arrogant air about her.

I hope the jury are paying close attention to her stoney face.

Uhm... what was the point of asking the "going rate" of the recycables (how the H do you spell that word?)?

In 'real burglaries',,,, items of any value are taken.

dang! they are playing the video of him interviewing her (and her faux shock)

Video interview with JA.

What now?? Silenced! Confronted with your lies, little miss!

  • #251
Interesting, JA is holding her neck...

  • #252
omg she was so smiling

  • #253
they are nailing home her lies

Okay, one tiny complaint: I wish the prosecutor would just play all the audio and video clips in their entirety.

"I don't know what a 25 looks like"

"I didn't know there were guns in the house"

"I have never touched the gun or shot a gun"

She is so sick.
She is very proud of herself in those videos.
Yuck

I know but what's the difference what the going rate was at the time... 5 cents per can, 7 cents per bottle? They weren't stolen. Doubt the non-existant thief made a calculated decision to NOT steal the cans and bottles because the going-rate was down 2 cents at the time of the "burglary". lol. So ridiculous.

Jodi: Never touched, never seen a 25 auto. Doesn't know what one even looks like.

Yet, ahem, she used one in the murder she later admitted to attorneys? Guess in her traumatic self-defense she forgot that bit. :waitasec:

this leaves the jury with: okay so if you didn't steal THIS gun and you admit to killing TA then what gun did you USE.

mmmmm hmmmmm

She is mirandized on video tape. Hallelujah!
