Flores: Travis portrayed himself to have a lot of money, but didn't. Objection on improper impeachment.

Flores testifying on secret relationship. Defense (painfully) pulling teeth from Flores having him read over transcript. Flores seemingly offered Arias a way out ('Maybe you went over there and something just got out of hand') and Flores asks to see video instead. Flores states Arias doesn't look to be the type to plan this.

Prosecution on redirect: Flores states all techniques used to lull Arias into telling truth.

--During the interview Jodi made a statement about Travis appearing to have money but her really didn't.
--Flores made a reference to "you guys kept this relationship a secret". Flores was referring to Jodi and Travis. Flores commented that maybe Jodi had gone to Travis' place to "have a good time". Flores does not remember saying that and the Defence directs him to read the transcript. Flores says he would prefer to see the video instead of the transcript.
"You don't look like a person that would plan something like this, you're just not that person".

I disagree wholeheartedly. You think all defense attorneys are slime? In that case, do you assume that everyone who is accused of a crime and goes to trial is necessarily guilty? I'm sorry, but I think that attitude is dangerous!

I dont think they are.They are as important to see that justice is done as the Prosecutors. I think where the dislike comes in is because most defendants are quilty and convicted. Without defense attorneys there would never be a resolution one way or the other.

And of course it depends on the behavior of the defense attorneys in court. Frankly Baez and Steve Feldman in the Westerfield case were slime imo.

Some of the best attorneys I have ever seen have been defense attorneys.
Who are respectful to the witnesses, to the court, and knows the case inside and out and are great examiners. I am very glad that innocent people have found such attorneys to fight for them.

Yes, he is the only prosecutor. Rarely takes notes either, very impressed with him.

This Prosecutor is just amazing. He knows so much about everything in criminal cases.

I love the questions he asked the witnesses. It shows he already knows the answer.

Connects card to USB card reader, makes mirror image, and then uses write protection software to see what is on card (camera memory card); also worked on laptop initially; explains to the jury how even though it's deleted it isn't really until the memory is reallocated.

 

[Curious Me]

The deleted items on the computer actually stays there sometimes for a long time until the operating system may replace (overwrite) it with a new file. Unallocated space does not have a file assigned to it.
